Thank you for the nice comment on (Lakeside Splendor), Neil. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to try to make the animation from this series of shots, or shoot another one. I wrote down a couple of reasons for that in Simon's profile if you're interested. Also, it might be difficult to get a reasonably sized file out of the animation without killing the quality so I'll have to wait and see whether I'll be able to put it online or anything like that. Thanks again for the encouragement!

Thanks to the reply to my reply...:) i checked out the link to your other dragonfly pic and its great! i love the veins (or whatever they are called) that are so clear in the wings! anyway i was just wondering how your camera is workng out for you because i am in the market for one...and it has peaked my interest....

holy dude that panasonic camera rocks! i didn't know 12x optical was equivalent to 420mm! that's insane. i just bought a 300mm telephoto for my camera, and now it's shamed! nice gallery by the way.
