Hi Julian. I'm just playing around too. I never touched a manual or tutorial. ^_^ I know a place that got a lot of links for tutorials. In fact there's so many of them you'll probably get sick of all tutorials and just keep playing around. ^_^ Check:
Hey I cut out the Aircraft Carrier pieces on that one pic, so it wasn't in the way. I liked the open shot, but I guess I should've let it alone and not messed with it with photoshop :) But thanks for stopping by :P

Yeah sure...it's kind of manipulation,i used a photo of mine to give the half-screen pattern(red background)a lil bit of dodging to give the reddish blood colors, and hand-painting for the edges in black-green-blue.There are kind of vocal cords which symbolizes the"Words are no of use anymore" used wave effect for it and more details to give the image its feeling...There is a lot of detail-work on it...so itll take a whole page to explain them..But this is the basic..Thanks for your attention julian...

Appreciate the comment on "And the darkness..." You're right; that probably would have been easier. :-P Ah well, it was fun to make anyway. Thanks again.
Thank you very much for your comment on CaedesN2 Julian...İ think about making another version of this same design..we'll see... ;) Thanks for your attention...
Hey thankyou for the comment on (Life In The Fast Lane). I was actually standing on a bridge that passed over the highway, so I never actually had to cross those traffic lanes :). I'm glad you liked the picture~
Hey Julian, thanks for you comment on "Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls." I am really happy to have your first landscape picture in your favorites. If you ever get a chance to come to alaska, you will not have a shortage of pictures, believe me.
Thank you Julian for the nice comment on my Old Juliette Mill photo. This is an old color slide scanned into the PC. A Cokin camera filter was used to darken the sky.

Thanks for the comment on Wanderer. It is deliberately blurred to give the impression of speed. I don't know if sharpening it up would make much difference.
People are like stained-glass windows.
They sparkle and shine when the sun is out,
but when the darkness sets in,
their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.

When I was a boy of fourteen,
my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty one, I was astonished
at how much he had learned in seven years."

It's a song? That's cool, I'm sorry if I created problems by saying that. It's just
whenever I see a poem (or in this case song) I have to read it. I love poems. 8^)

Hi again! I'm interested to know that you like 'Fall to Pieces'. I really enjoyed making this piece, yet it didn't get the response I was hoping for! You've inspired me to try a new one! Thank-you.....:o)
Hey Julian, thanks for the comment on LSD Trip and In the Palm of My Hand. I'm glad you liked them both. Just curious, what scratches do you see on those two fingers? I've look but have no clue what you are talking about.
In answer to your question Julian it's because I don't have any of the "digital art" programs so I can only use paint I did post two images one was a re-work where I changed the colours and the other one was well pretty rubbish but they have both been deleted from the site
Hi Julian, Ik waardeer je bezoekje en je compliment op mijn Green Emerald Damselfly #3.
Deze beestjes zijn klein dus zie je ze gauw over het hoofd, maar er komen veel verschillende soorten voor in nederland.
