Hi Jeroen, what an uncommon name! I love the sound of it. To answer your questions about my work; I use both Ultra Fractal and Tierazon to create the Fractals. After I got what I want from the fractal program, I enhance it sometimes with PSP or Photoshop to create colors bightness or contrast. Sometimes I had a special effect also. It depends of what I want to see.

Hello Jeroen, nice to meet you. I´m sure you can see many windmills in your surroundings in The Netherlands, I think the windmill I captured is built in the same way as those in your country. I´m really glad you liked this photo from Strängnäs, a nice little town to the west of Stockholm. Would have been nice with some more "cotton clouds"...but you can´t always get everything you want...lol. Thank you for commenting.

De foto River Valley, is bij Zaltbommel, maar dan aan de andere kant van de snelweg. Maar ik weet niet precies hoe je er met de auto moet komen.
Wij wonen aan deze kant van de snel weg een gaan vaak brommeren. Dan rijden wij over de dijken. Op de foto zie je Zaltbommel helemaal niet. Hier valkbij is ook een heel mooi natuurgebied. Fijn dat je mijn fotomooi vindt.

I appreciate a lot your nice words and I'm really glad you liked my picture! I had seen the bird flying around so all I had to do is wait for it to step in front of my lens, I also thought it would be pretty cool. Maybe I'll post more of the same island. for someone so young you have traveled to and photographed a great many places. you're lucky. i was a lot older when i started going far away from home. when i was at monument valley i was fortunate to go there with a navajo friend. he took us to a place waaaaaay up high called hunt's mesa. that's where i was when i took this one. so glad you liked it. thanks. jen

Hey there my friend, thanks a ton for the nice comment on "Santorini Cliffs" I appreciate it a lot! Santorini is my favorite of the islands, the view is just amazing. The story is that it used to be perfectly round until a volcano exploded thousands of years ago and half of the island shunk in the sea creating those cliffs you see in my picture. Glad u liked it Jeroen!

It was a bit hazy when I was there too, but not due to fire. I got lucky, though, because a week after I left a wildfire closed the only road in/out of the North Rim. Glad I got it in when I did! Anyway, thanks again!
