Hello Leslie - I am glad you enjoyed Bell Island Lighthouse, NL..( But ... David Hockney? Ain't he rather cubist in execution?) Your comments are much appreciated.

I really appreciate your comments. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since it was shot with my little Kodak DX7630 at bugs eye level. Kinda unusual, Thanks again, comments like yours keep me shooting.

Hi Leslie, thanks for popping round by my gallery - I'm hoping to add more stuff later, including some different sorts of images. Things are a little busy now, unfortunately - I'm starting to miss Photoshop Elements and Tierazon.

Thanks, Leslie. What a difference a densitometer makes. The Colosseum conversion required 2 hours of tedious work. Your comments made it worth the effort.

Good Morning Leslie! I'd like to thank you for your recent comments on images in my gallery. I haven't been on caedes much lately due to the tornado damage in my area. Please forgive me for the generic message but know I appreciate your support and image contributions. Have a great day.

Thanks for your comment on "Pyrocanthea Coccinea", Leslie. Almost a year of dust was removed with a soft cloth lightly permeated with olive oil. Since the older leaves of firethorn are much darker than the new leaves it really enhanced the contrast of the scene.
Thanks Leslie for your suggestion about "Pretty, Wet Flowers". The jury is still out on whether they are Violas or not. I think they look just like the pictures you linked me to but our next door neighbour and Mrs Braces both tend to think otherwise. I shall keep you informed of developments.

Hello Leslie, thank you for your lovely comment on Shadow of Time. ;-) If any one was knocked back, it was me, by all the kind comments on that.
Thanks also for visiting the DA gallery... I have a lot of plans in store for it; fractal art seems to be my staple diet, but there will be other types of image. I have a few waiting in the wings. :-)
Hi Leslie, I am honored and humbled by your comments on my Ivory Mystique rose photo. Thank you so very much! And here I was afraid that folks would not like it and bash it to pieces! Her beautiful bloom caught my eye and there was just something special about this one....
Thank you Leslie for your very kind comments on "Another Place #1".I am so glad you enjoyed the picture. The statues on Crosby Beach are an amazing sight to see. Thank goodness they are staying there permanently now. I hope you enjoyed the other pictures in the series.

Yeah, I guess it does kinda look like a lighthouse lens from the smaller view. I never really noticed that until now since I made it in the largest view.
Hey Leslie...thanks so much for your kind comments on "Painting with Fall"...I feel the same way about abstract photography. When people think about photography, they think..its just a photography, how can it be abstract if it's just what I'm looking at. But you can definitely get creative to reveal what you would otherwise overlook.
