Thanx for the comment on "ants loading food" Very much appreciated. You have reason the ants arent very focused, but the set is the interesting thing. ~ omar díaz ~
Hay House 2 is a manipulation and shot at this angle because of the grounds keeper working on both sides. It was an overcast day with the sun behind the house. When I adjusted the exposure for the shadow side, the sky got washed out. I took a photo of the sky about an hour later and merged the two images. Thanks Plinius for viewing and commenting on this image.

thanks for your comment on "iron" ! That is the central railway station of Milan, a beautiful example of aesthetical use of iron in the manner of late '800.
Thanks for the comments on "Elephants Ear". I agree with you about the frames. However I shot 35mm and then scan the film into the computer. In order to give the full image it is unfortunate that it doesn't correlate to the specific sizes we are required to upload. So, black boarders or frames. Of the two I like the framing. I think it's the lesser of two evils. What I would really like is to be able to up-load the image at the true size. I'm sorry you don't care for it with the framing.
Are you ready to go to heaven?
Ephesians 2: 8 & 9 says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Think about it... Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if all it took was good works to get to heaven?
Thanks for your kind comment on "Starling" - this one and a couple of others were all singing and chattering away in the sunshine. As you say, they're great mimics with a tremendous range of noises :-)

Many thanks for checking out 'Triffid'. I have seen lots of pictures of the said ''Euphorbia' and it does come in various guises. I haven't seen another Euphorbia picture to make it a positive identification but I really appreciate your input.
I'm glad you like the capture!
Chris, thanks a lot for the commentaries in (Gullis in Party 2) Any vote is always welcome and give-in the force to continue to look for to make and always more better, good weekend and good bye, pride.
Sometimes you trust someone who turns out not to be honest. There are a lot of things that happen in life that don't turn out the way you're given the impression that they will. And I think that's all kind of a con. But I think we've probably all been hurt.

Thank you for your input on "Veins of Life". I have the same image that I doctored and it looks much better. I wish I could swap them out. That one is nice and all.. but, the other one is really... "dark" and is more meaningful. Anyway, glad you like it!
Hi Chris, thank you for your comment on 'Nature's Decoration'. I guess the deer, foxes, and rabbits were all feeling a little camera-shy that morning :-) Cheers, Ian

Thanks for your kind comments on "The River, The ship and the Moon".I was very lucky as I was down by the river to photo Liverpool's 800th anniversary fireworks and just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
Hi Chris,

New Brighton is a lovely place but needs some new ideas and lots of money spending on it. It still gets huge numbers of visitors on hot summer weekends but there is little for them to do. There have been lots of schemes to renovate the place but none have come to fruition. You might be right about the orange life-belt case but, I thought it added a splash of colour.
Thanks for the comment on my Atlantic Ocean (Bay Of Fundy) picture. The picture was takin in Saint John, NB Canada. It's on the east coast of coarse, up from Maine, USA.
