Dear Caedes Friends ..
I know I haven't been on here for a very long time, but I am back now (I think) and have took a look at all the photos posted by you that I have missed - all gorgeous - sorry that I cannot comment on each. I have been busy with my thesis and experimenting pages on Facebook (my thesis is about marketing via social networks .. ) so I have been uploading some of my photos there ..
Further, I am planning to upload some of them here as well .. one at a day :) Thank you and Sorry for the loong description .. :)
p.s. I have missed you all ..

Thanks for the great comment on my "City Sunset". It was taken using a Canon Rebel XSI and kit lens 18-55mm IS. I love this camera although if you can afford it the Canon 7D gets amazing reviews and is much better.

Thanks for your considered comments regarding Solitude. I was not very sure about this. I knew the picture had potential but was stuck with what to do with it. I had so many options regarding how many people to include or not. I decided to try and keep the steps as empty as possible, with a hint of the busy world above and around this person. Not a professional finish, but a fair effort. I'm really glad it struck a good note with you. I didn’t ask before taking the image, but gave a generous donation to her afterwards.

I am fond of blues. Lake Dillion is pretty big and at 9000ft I wonder if it freezes during the winter....the mts in the distance are the Ten Mile Range. Thank you so much for the glowing review and your good wishes in the contest Anna!
