Life's around said Phil the 35 millimetre cameraman. I recently went to the doctors, and said I've got icon fever, but he told me there was no cure for the disease.
Thank you for your comments about “Nobby’s all lit up” Steve. I’ve been keen to try photographing lightning for a while. I’m glad you like the result of my experiments.

Hi Steve, thank you for the nice comment on my bee photo. I took that last Spring while sitting in my chair on my back deck. I used my Canon 100mm macro lens which I had to sell, but I am going to buy another one this spring. I want to turn my attention to flowers and insects while still posting a bird photo or two.
Thank you Steven for your comment on Red River Gorge. it was mid day, and it was very very humid and hazy out so it was hard to get a good shot. thanks for taking the time to view and comment, i really appreciate it! ~abby

“For a long time it puzzled me how something so expensive, so leading edge, could be so useless, and then it occurred to me that a computer is a stupid machine with the ability to do incredibly smart things, while computer programmers are smart people with the ability to do incredibly stupid things. They are, in short, a perfect match.”
Thanks for the nice comment on Vermillion River! It's much appreciated. :)
Also, thanks for the kind comment on Arlington National Cemetary. I guess I didn't really think about the subject of my photo when I wrote the caption. :o

Hi Steven, thanks for your comment on my photo "Rocky Walking." When I was taking the pictures I was just fooling around with my camera and I didn't expect to be using those photos for desktops. Plus, I wasn't sure that people would want to stare at rocks, but I figured since I liked it that I would post it for others. Thanks for taking your time to leave the note!
