Thanks Jen for the comments on my picture Gull “Fish Story” For these gull shots I used a 400mm lens with the ISO high enough to keep the shutter speeds above 1/1500th. The Cameras focus was set to continuous (AI Servo for you Canon shooters) with an aperture of about F8.

It's a beautiful shot, Jen. There's much( barely seen) detail (footprints)in the sand leading to the fence/pathway that might be a worthwhile alternative option. Made me think of a "pathway to the sun" with nobody there. Well done.
