Many thanks for dropping by "Red Myrtle Hybrid", Helena. I've been out of pocket for the last few days. Hopefully, I'll be back to a more normal timetable by Wednesday. My nephew and niece arrive Tuesday evening, so we get to have a teenager and a preteen under foot this month.
Crepe Myrtle, sometimes called Crapemyrtle is sort of a flowering tree. I'm not botanist, but I found this link to Clemson University that may be a help to reaching an understanding.
