Saw this one this morning. With a little patience butterflies will eventually spread their wings and pose!! They do make great macro subjects! Comments appreciated.

Hi Brian, thanks for commenting on On The Rocks, much appreciated. You ask if the blue has been enhanced - I recently discovered the 'high colour' setting on my camera and this and other shots at the same beach, Moeraki, I used it for. Then I darkened it slightly with 'curves' in PSP.
The sea was amazingly blue that day with a lovely sparkle. It was freezing cold though !
Sorry that I haven't been commenting more. Just got lazy? But I did look at most of them. And again, thanks to all of you for your comments on mine.

Hey, Brian, thanks for the comment on my pic, "september field", and you got it right about the polarizing filter! I finally got a sky that didn't wash out on me. And it really was that blue.

My High Falls Sunrise 2 image was taken downstream from the falls at High Fall, Ga. There is a crane fishing on the left bank. Thank you Brian for taking the time to view and comment on it.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

I'm pleased you like "As the Seasons Change ", the day I shot that image was just a magical day.
Take care and I hope you and your family ave a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.
G'day Brian,
Thanks for the comment on Industrial Sunset, it was power lines or no shot at all, what can ya do?! They were less intrusive than they might have been. :)

Thanks for the comments on 'Chillin' I really appreciate it. I wish I could repost this...I have one that I re-did that blows this out of the water but I put up a couple of redo's up recently and they bombed them...lesson learned. Now I post all my landscapes on another site and they score much better.

Thank you very much for your nice comment on Spider at Morning.... A closer shot is not so good to see the sun rays. Also is it hard to get a sharp web on the picture against the sun. I had tryed, the result was not so good.
Thanks Brian for the great comment on my "Paradise Island". I achieved my goal then because framing was my reason for the shot.. thanks for noticing :)
