But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Thank you for your comment on "Red/Orange Dragonfly" I'm glad you liked it. Yes it was taken with a Digital Rebel, canon's digital version of their Rebel series 35mm :)
Thanks for your kind comments on "Woodland Wonder". The boarders are put in with Paint Shop Pro.
We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.

Thanks for your comment on "Moonshadow". It was actually my brother who took the photo and will be very pleased with you comment. At the time she was actually chasing a leaf across our lawn so was in a rather playful mood. Normally though she is very highly strung and will generally pose for photos. She rather likes cameras. Thanks for your comment it is greatly appreciated
Thank you for your comments about "Scarlet", Its funny how we take these red ones for granted in this part of the world when people elsewhere have nver seen them.

Thanks for commenting on "Beauty Before the Storm." The black bars are because my camera's aspect ratio is different than Caede's 1600x1200 ratio. I open a new 1600x1200 file in photoshop and fill it with black. Then I open my image, copy, and paste it into the 1600x1200 piece. Then I proportionally shrink my photo until it fits width-wise.
Thanks for your comments on my water shots (a beautiful sunny day in winter 1 + 2.) Glad you liked them. I took the opportunity to check out your gallery. Very nice!
I am sorry you didn't like my abstract landscape render. Is the color the only thing you didn't like? Do you have any other advice for future work? Thanks a bunch, I am always trying to learn!
thank you for stopping by my "The Sun is Made of Cheese". Unfortunately, I decided to choose that title, but you had a great suggestion, so thank you!
Have a great day,
~Sasha
Hi again. Yes, you can make the bars any color you wish. Go have a look at my gallery for some examples. I've done quite a few different things when I've had to put borders on my pictures. Photobob also does some really interesting borders, too.
Hey there..well you MUST take those photos when you see them. I love old old cars..and classics, and no one ever takes photos..so go for it ok? and thank YOU so very very much for you nice comment...am so glad you like that pic..
Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Ceramic Oranges photo. We must view our world with our minds eye to truely see its beauty. I'm glad you liked this image. They are creamic, look at the seeds that are cut.

Thanks Ron for commenting on my image. I love the light from my little sunbeam and it's effect on my Daffodil. I'm glad that you like it. I used a black velvet background on this.
Russ
Hello Ron! Thanks for taking the time to view and comment on my images. Daffodils 3 is another wide angle macro shot take against a black velvet bachground. The light is natural sunlight shinning through a window and a white card was used to reflect light into the shadows. I'm glad that you enjoy it,
Russ
Hello Ron. Daffodils 7 was photographed in natural sunlight shinning through the window. I'm glad that you like this image and I thank you for your nice comments.

Hallo Ron, I thank you for your comment on my knotty tree pic (Winter again 9). You came up with a good suggestion there...to shoot an "after pic" when spring-time´s here. I could perhaps fullfill your wish...
Ron, many thanks for your comment on Cloudy Sunset. Personally, I'm not happy with this shot because I had to crop it more than I wanted. Instead of really looking through the viewfinder thoroughly and noticing the branches in the frame (cropped out before I posted it), I looked only at the sun. I any case, I'm glad you enjoyed the shot! Mike
Hello Ron. Many thanks for your comments about “Pretty Wanderer”. It always interesting to read your comments, they help me try to improve the quality of my submissions.
Thanks Ron for viewing and commenting on my The Sinks GSMNP4 photo. This is one of my favorite areas in the Smokys. I'm glad that you viewed it. This is all I have.

Thanks, Ron, for stopping by my gallery - and for taking time to comment on quite a few of them. Appreciate your feedback and thank you for the compliments. Have a great day - and stop back again! :)
Twisted Life almost was missed. I was at the art museum taking some photos in their flower garden and was getting into the car when I spied this tree in all it's beauty. This turned out to be the best of the bunch. Thanks Ron for the nice comments. I'm glad that you like it.

Ron, amny thanks for your comments on Island Sunset and Waterfall Leaves. I appreciate your taking time to look at my stuff and leave some comments. They're always encouraging!
Ron, thanks for looking at "fields" Fields2", and "Seagull5"
field 2 isnt the same one as field1, but is very close to it.
i didnt have to duck out of the way of Seagull5, because it was 480mm worth of lens away. ;~)
Thank you for your comments on my posting Roadside 3. Your review is appreciated and I'm glad you enjoyed it. There are more in the series in my gallery.
