If Edison had to find a needle in a haystack, he would proceed with the diligence of a bee to examine straw after straw until he found [it]. I was a sorry witness to such doings ... a little theory ... would have saved him ninety percent of his labor. - Nikola Tesla

Wow...what a jerk up there...people like that need to be banned...but hey, thanks for
your remarks on "Dragon Dreams"...I like symmetry, too, and for some reason, seem to
strive for that a lot in my work. Just seems to make sense to me, I guess. I'm glad you
saw it the same way. Thanks again, and I agree with you about ignoring the twit.

No problem Econfer, I look forward to seeing more, I think I'll start making them again as well. I have a few on hand (about 30) that I made and never put on here. I'll have to put a few one since you enjoy them as well. Thanks for the comment!

Hey. Thanks for your comment on "Open Water". I quote from what I wrote on the image discussion:

'Believe me, I am nearly as active as we rioters get when pictures aren't found in decent resolutions! The images only render at 1200 by 960, and that had been borthering me. I asked a few of the people more brilliant than not, and it seemed common knowledge to the moderators that when resizing, mistakes are made, and a scaled down version of a resize is worse quality thant he original. All the digital guru's insisted that I leave it as it is and have people stretch it themselves. (Just so you know, we share the same resolution, hence the same pain.) Sorry!'

If you download it at the largest size available or ask me to send you the slightly larger version, stretching won't even be noticable. Thanks again! :-)

Glad you liked the Thunderbirds 2 shot. What caught me up in it was that they seem to be flying blind on this maneuver. The guy on top is keeping it level and can't see the plane below while the guy on the bottom has the wings above in his view. It would seem to make more sense the other way around so that the guy on top could see and make adjustments. The one on the bottom is already flying 50 feet off the runway upside down, he has enough to do!

Thank you kindly for your comments on my posting Roadside 2. I agree, it was an unusual combination of colors... and, as I recall ... I got a pair of shoes MIGHTY full of snow for the trouble for the shot! ;)

Glad you enjoyed it and took the time to comment.

Thanks for noticing 'my hard side'. The camera was held close to my waist and within my shadow line. Had to set it up, look away to creat the silouette and then shoot without moving. Several attempts later ....

Thanks for stopping by to view and comment on my Redtail Hawk image. After I took this photo, this beautiful bird tried to move to a new perch and lost his balance. It was sad to see him flopping around on the limb tring to get his footing with only one good wing. I appreciate your support of this image.
