thx for your comment on The Bay this shot is taken in the highlands of Scotland in a village called Plockton.
I used a tripod and an infra red filter, which cuts out all light except infra-red. As a result a relatively large aperture and long shutter speed are needed, f8 and somewhere around 15-30 sec. this brings a really moody and surreal feel to the photos.
