Thanks for your comments on Clouds of Darkness, but no, it doesn't depict anything. It is all up to your imagination. Some people see a Gateway, others a person; I tend to believe that it is like a huge guardian to some magical place that we can never get to.

thanks! it's actually a cloud overlay in photoshop, so yes, that counts as a lighting effect.
