Thank you Sheri for leaving a comment on "Field of round straw bales (2)",it is really appreciated.Yes,it would have been very good if there was (were) a bale or a few other bales in the foreground,i thought of that too, also my photo is not tilted, there is a little slope,it can seem tilted but it is not the case.Have a good weekend and have a nice summer too.
Thank you also for the comment on "Field of round straw bales",it is very appreciated. My photo can seem tilted but it is not the case, the field is not flat.
Thank you Sheri for the comments on "Field of round straw bales (5)" and "July sunset",it is very nice of you.I understand what you mean about the (position) bales,as for the field, yes there is a slope.Have a good week.

Thanks Sheri..I normally choose a dull day 1/8th shutter speed f16 and an ND Filter..1/8th leaves some detail in the water which i like and allows you to hand hold with a stabilised lens..R.

Thank you Sheri for the comment on "Green reflections",it is very nice of you. No,i could not get some blue sky on the pond before the reflections of the trees,if i had taken photos earlier, the reflections would have been the same.I am not sure what you meant by "It seems a bit dark in the bottom right",i saw nothing special.Have a pleasant weekend.

Thanks again, Sheri, for your kind words on "The Warmth of October" and "Prairie Sky." They are much appreciated.
The green path in "Prairie Sky" is one of the many hiking and horse trails in Afton State Park. The park is located on the Minnesota side of the St. Croix River, which separates Minnesota from Wisconsin.
Ref" "Cypress Breezes". No, this is not where I live. I didn't mean to convey that impression but I see I did so I changed my commentary to reflect same. This little lake is about 60 miles from where I live.
R4ef: "Sit No More" I havn't seen any alligators. It is so populated around that little lake I doubt that there are any that are very big if there is any. Thks for stopping by.
Hello Sheri....Thankyou so much for taking the time to view (WHITEWATER)and for your comments,it is very much appreciated......The noise of the sea crashing against the pier was something else to experience....Thankyou again...All the best to you Sheri..........................Mick.
Hello Sheri....Many thanks for viewing (SUNLIGHT & SHADOWS) and for your comments,it is so much appreciated....By being out early in the morning the light is so much softer and the shadows are longer which I like to use in my photography...Thankyou again...All the very best to you Sheri...................Mick.
Nice photo. The colors are really nice. Did you put the water droplets on?
Sheri - Thank you for the kind comment. The water droplets were compliments of Mother Nature. A night of rain showers and a morning that was absolutely still, with not the slightest breeze, made this one possible. (Not that I wouldn't try the watering can on another occasion!) Thad

Hello Sheri, thanks for the kind comment on "Waterlily tarn". To answer your question about snakes I have to say there is one snake that is poisonous, the common European adder, but that is the only one we have in Sweden. If you are careful and wear wellingtons you should be safe. Have a nice weekend!
Thank you Sheri for your nice comment on "Orange Butterfly" I wanted to enter it into the DOF contest but was too late. I am trying to catch up my thank you's and comment on photos this weekend. I have been busy.

Hi Sheri, congratulations, you deserve it, the shot is great. This is unusual for me to say this, because I don't like snow, but I love it in the pictures. LOL
Thanks Sheri for your comments on "We're Gonna Need A Bigger Fence". Glad you enjoyed the photo. This was shot in Drumheller, Alberta. Have a nice day. ~Wendell
