Hello BB. Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Pussy Willow 5 image. This was taken in late afternoon with the sun shining on the back side. Behind it was the darknesss of a wooded area. I took this at iso 50, f11 at about 1/60 exposure with a fill flash using the cameras telephoto macro mode. I'm glad that you enjoyed viewing this image.

This was my first walk through a BC forest. I was AMAZED at the size of the trees (though not depicted in this picture). The girth of some of them was incredible. If these are the forests you miss from your youth I can see the desire to return, today.

Awe and Wonder was an image that I took at the Tampa Aquarium. It was a fair image with some other children and a huge glare on the rightside. I was playing with photoshop and this cropped stylized image was the result. I feel the boy is what makes this image. Thanks BB for the nice comments on this image.

Well, well.. haven't seen you (on here) for a while! Hi back to you! Rob says hi too! He's got a cool military aircraft series going on right now. Have a look maybe! Hope you are warmer where you are than we are where we are. It's been averaging -20C with the windchill factor here (a few days were quite worse). Wish I had one of the metabolisms that could bounce back quickly from being a frozen ice cube!!! Ah, just makes us look more forward to spring, and then summer so we can kayak again.
