Ah, life is a bitch and what happens if that yacht is no longer available?! I'll have to rent a bigger one. Such is life! 8^) Thanks Pier for your comment on Whitsunday Passage.
Thanks a lot for your nice comment on "The Old Tram Of Beyoglu Street" Yeah i wanted it to be this way by blurring the image in three steps but i never noticed that i managed to do it...Cause my eyes got used to the image...thanks for the heads up! ;)

He'He' He' Thanks Pier you coments are always welcome. Enjoy!
Thanks Pier for seeing «Thank you».
In fact, there is no manip; it´s a macro of the animal and my reflection on the surface of the window.
Thanks again.

I'm really glad you liked :Wenatchee River Surprise" and by the way, We've got to quit meeting this way. hehe. On a more serious note, do you know of the Italian tenor Andea Bocelli? He is by far my favorite tenor.
thanks pier for your comments on "articulation", "axiom", and "hedonism"... i use kpt plugins for most of what i do.... thanks again, i appreciate it ;]
Thanks for the comment on Lembert Dome. I missed it too; hadn't been for years, and then I had a weekend off and decided to go. I highly reccomend getting there someday if you can.
Thanks Pier for your comment on Beach Store and Dragon...very much appreciated.

Thanks also for your comments on Yellow Jasmine and Beach Store.
Hi Pier. Looks like I let the team down, although mine wasn't the lowest scoring image, it certainly didn't do yours justice. Thanks for looking at "The Beard". I'm always grateful for your comments.
Pier - thanks for your post on 'Grey mosque' - I tried to get the quality up as much as I could and maybe could have done further work but the original was just too grainy...thanks anyway!
Hi Pier,Thanks for commenting on "Ebb Tide".The camera i used was a canon powershot A95. I have had it a few days now and am getting used to things..Lucky shot on that one..
Hello Pier. I've been a little busy lately, so I'm playing catch up, on responding to peoples comments on my images. I want to thank you for looking at "Sleepy Swan" and I really am glad you liked it.
Hi Pier ! What a surprise, but thanks so much for looking at Smoke and Mirrors & leaving such nice comments there. It's always gratifying to me when a Non Abstract person can find something to like in one of my images. Thank you again !
Lauren
Hi Pier, thanx for visiting & leaving ur kind words on 'Green Iguana' Unfortunately like a few others on this site, i have an idea as to what settings i use on the camera, but i cannot remember them. that particular shot i would probably guess was on automatic & i used a canon eos 300d. i was going to comment on ur discussion on technical info on pics....regarding such info.....just recently i found an option within photoshop that accesses embedded settings info of original images taken by the camera. i keep meaning to confirm it & make a post on that discussion, but i havent had a chance yet. thank you for ur curiosity in the matter, its helped me find out a few things about my own pics :~)
Thank you for your nice lines on "cathedral in Frombork 2". Now you know exactly where it is. I am glad you discovered such a useful tool like Google Earth idea. It is fascinating that without leaving the room we can know exactly how the place looks like, what are the most popular landmarks and where it is situated, don't you think?
Thanks for the comment on "Big Wednesday". The photo was shot at 1/1600 sec @ f/8, iso 800 in raw format. Post production was done in Raw Shooter 2006 software.
Hey Pier, thank you for the comment on "The Lake Of The Rainbow" and the very cool google earth link ! I saw the hotel you told me about but I don't think I was able to include it in the shot. Either way my aim was the fountain and the rainbow colours and not so much the buildings. Thank you for the feedback though, I'm a total newbie in photography so I really appreciate it.
Hello Pier...Thankyou for your kind comments on (BOSCASTLE) very much appreciated....In 2004 the village suffered severe flooding and its only now its getting back to the itwas prior to the floods......All the best...Mick.
Thanks Pier for the nice comment, and mark, you left on "Junk Beetle and Oporto City", they are both much appreciated. Glad you like it. This image is a scanned 35mm colour slide, (I have 2124!) and the scan often denatures colour and detail. So, some correction and sharpening were applied in Photoshop. No more manipulation. Thanks again.
