Not the biggest photo nut in the world but I do think I have an eye for it so I will give it a try! Plus I love to look at all the other great pictures!
We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
Yes! Causey is just up through a couple of gorgeous canyons just east of Ogden. It is absolutely beautiful up there with all the spring greens right now. I am so glad you stopped by and looked at my photo and took the time to write a comment on it. How fun that you recognized the place. I will be posting a couple more shots of the lake ...so check back.
Thanks again

Hey Paul,
Thank you for visiting and leaving such a kind comment on Promises. It is true, how those storms can be so scary and exciting at the same time. I was absolutely fascinated by it.
Thanks again.

Hi Paul,
And thanks for your comment on "Painted on My Heart". I was a bit iffy about posting it, because it's so dark and shows a lot of inexperience. But your comment made me feel so much better about it.
Thanks again!

Hi Paul, Thanks for stopping by Up on Top. Yes it is still very green here in Utah. We have had a very odd summer. Cool and wet all of June practically and there is still snow in the mountains in places and it is the middle of July! Thanks for the kind comments you left.

Howdy, Paul! Thanks for the lovely words, but I am afraid you are wrong. Unfortunately I don't have that wonderful blue water everywhere. First, I don't have it in my town. I have to travel so I can capture that beauty. I am happy that you like my post.
Hi Paul...thank you for the very kind comments on Iwo Jima Memorial. It truly was a very touching experience to see that great monument in person.

Hello again! That Under the Pier was supposed to be deleted...lol. Gonna keep it there now. So many nice comments on it...I can't get rid of it. I am glad you liked it. I love being by the ocean...I don't get there as often as I like. Also...thanks for the comment on Turning Tide. I couldn't believe how fast those waves grew! Luckily we were all done swimming for the day. Thanks again....I always appreciate you comments. Take care.

Hi Paul...thank you for visiting My View From My Front Porch. I really love living at the base of those Wasatch Mountains. And that LDS church....is one I have attended since I was 12 years old. Lots of memories there. Thanks again for you comments...they are always appreciated.

Hi paul,
Thks for stopping by "There Will Be No Golfing Today # 2".
You wrote: "I have heard of the rains that seem to never end out there. Are you guys getting some flooding where you are?".
I am in southern Louisiana and we are use to lots of rain. Two-3 inches in one day is nothing here. It is sort of tropical in this part of the world. No, no flooding here. But when I went to AR, they had 4 inches in one day and there soil can't handle that. How do you like what's going on in Atlanta. Wow! Thks for stopping by my image and leaving comments.

Paul- Thank you for stopping and commenting on As The Day Fades Away. That is indeed a small portion of Antelope Island. It is the one on the right hand side of the shot. This was taken from up on the hill above Layton looking out over the Great Salt Lake towards Tooele.
Thanks again my friend

Hi Paul- Thank you so much for the very kind comment left On Top of the World. I was indeed up very high in order to get that shot. I was all the way on top of the Wasatch Mountains. We like to ride our 4-wheelers from Farmington all the way up to the top. Sure looks like a different lake from up there that is for sure. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot, Paul, glad you like my post. And, you are welcome in Macedonia. It's a small but a beautiful country. I am not saying this because it's mine, LOL
Paul, thanks for the wonderful comment on "Eilean Donan"! This castle was amazing to visit. I only hope to back there in the near future to visit it again.
Hi, again, Paul, thanks for the good comment. The fortress in my photo is from the 10th century, and of course the upper parts are reconstructed. That's the fortress of the Byzantian tsar Samuil.
Hi Paul...I wanted to say a bigtime thank you for the many many lovely comments you make about my photos and artwork. It's very kind of you and of course makes me pretty happy! thanx again my friend!! Verena
Thanks Paul for having provided your feedback on an old Italian town located in the Latium at about 1000 mt.
I really appreciated your gentle words and I'm glad you liked it.

Thanks Paul for your comment on "Winged Lion". It's just outside "Basilica San Marco" in Piazza San Marco, Venice, Italy. If you have Google Earth, you can go and pay a visit! Actually, I just noticed there's a pic on Google Earth almost identical to mine! Seems it's a favorite composition!!
Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I could, I would give you an award. But alas, I cannot. So the highest praise I can award you with, is faving your artwork.
