thanks for the post on Sea Meets Sky. in answer to your question - I drove the first eighteen miles or so up increasingley dodgy tracks and walked the last 3 or 4 miles. I'm a twenty a day man so consequently have the lung capacity of a field mouse and a 20+ mile hike up a huge canyon in 80 degree heat didnt seam like an attractive proposition. oddly.
Welcome to Caedes. Thanks for your comments on "Bridge Over Moving Waters". I really am pleased thet you like it.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

I know good things, I know bad as well. Any witness to the world will tell. If there is sorrow, then there is beauty and trust, a secret pearl inside the heart of us...
So truly, if there's light then I want to see it, now that I know what I am looking for.
Truly, if there's joy then I want to feel it, here in this world is where I want to be,

Thanks for your comment on Museum of Glass Exhibit. Yes, it is the over head exhibit on the sky bridge. The sun was directly overhead about noon illuminating the glass from behind.
Hello, Ha, I just noticed the comment above me...so there are three photos of this on this site as far as I can tell....I didnt even notice that until now...I think I like yours the best however...it captured the light so well and also I think it looks better with a wider angle like you used. I am always learning. Thanks for the lesson!
Okay, i saw your icon as i was listening to John Reuben, Follow your leader, and the guy was right in step with the beat.. lol, i just thought you should know that.
the weather was bad that day so i had to deal with way under exposed pictures. i was pleased to have accomplished what i did but now i wonder if i had used genuine fractals could i have done better. thanks for writing. jen

Hey there - thanks for your comments on "Morning Mist". I've spent a fair amount of time in helicopters, and recommend balloon's any time. Not only is the perspective a bit different, it's just a more calm ride! - Cheers, kim

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Thank you David for the kind comments on "PhotoImagery and His Lovely Wife DiAnn ". I thought it would be nice to share who we are. As Caedes has grown to be quite a community and it would be nice to have all who are willing, put a face to our on-line name.
Why don't you join me and up-load a portrait of yourself.
hi david, thanks for the kind works on the san francisco peaks pic. it kind of looks unreal to me also. i guess the people who live in flagstaff see it every day. that is if they bother looking.! jen
Hey David, thanx for visiting my Nelspruit Cascades. Yes, it's an awsome place, that's why I love to share it with the world. Glad you like it. And.. No, you can't go climbing those rocks, it's too dangerous, and being the Botanical Gardens, there are only certain pathways that one is allowed to use. I will be posting some more soon.. Keep watching.
Regards
Marietha
