thanks for the comment on "Reflect Around" --- this is the image that I ultimately came up with: http://www.caedes.net/Zephir.cgi?lib=Caedes::Infopage&image=reddawg151-1083521147.jpg
Thank you for the kind and thoughtful comments you've left throughout my gallery. I appreciate them all and I'm glad my efforts were of interest to you. Take care.
Thanks for the comment on Swinging. The camera I used is my samsung digital camera. I think the reason why it's not very blurry is because I set the camera on the woodwork holding the swing set up, too steady my hand. Thanks again for the comment, it's much appreciated!
Hey Rachel!
Thank you very much for your lovely comment on 'Busy morning in Venice'! I took that shot from the so called 'Rialto-Bridge' in the city center. Take a look right here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rialto_Bridge

Hi Rachel, thanks for your comments on my picture of the boat's throttle. Of course I don't mind you adding it to your favorites! :) I'm glad people are enjoying the picture.
Hello Rachel. Thank you for your comments about “Backyard Beastie II”. I suspect he will turn into a rather large black nocturnal moth when he grows up. It’s more a hunch than anything else but time will tell :-)

Thanks for your comment on "RED" it was hard to get the center in focus with the intense light on it, and thankfully, I don't have allergies! lol... thanks again!
Hello. Thanks for stopping by and commenting on Distant Mountains . I'm glad you liked the blurry depth of field trick I put onto the image. Terragen is a great piece of software to create complex landscapes, but a little post-production editing is never a bad thing.

Thks for your comments on this. I was touched by your narrative as well. Strange, how we can become attached to a spider. You said something about Spots that peaked my curiosity: "When I saw the egg sack I knew I would have to say good bye soon, and about a week later, I buried her." I take it they die soon after that have babies?

The beer urges me on, the bewitching beer, which sets even a wise man to singing and to laughing gently and rouses him up to dance and brings forth words which were better unspoken.

None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.
Thank you very much for your wonderful compliment. Sorry to say, I am not a professional. It's just a hobby. The editing is as much fun as taking the pictures, too. Thanks again.

Hey Rachel!
Thanks for commenting on "Aviators"!
Yeah, I wasn't sure about the black half at first, but I decided that adding it would make the image more desktop-usable...
Thanks again!
"Do you see any Teletubbies in here? Do you see a slender plastic tag clipped to my shirt with my name printed on it? Do you see a little Asian child with a blank expression on his face sitting outside on a mechanical helicopter that shakes when you put quarters in it? No? Well, that's what you see at a toy store. And you must think you're in a toy store, because you're here shopping for an infant named Jeb."
Hi Rachel - thanks for the comment on 'Ash Cave'. It truly is a wonderful spot, and there are many other adventures that await the avid hiker in the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. Glad you enjoyed the photo.
