Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

Thanks for the comments on 'Snoqualmie Falls 2' very much appreciated. By fence I assume you mean that one way up at the top in he background. I could have cloned it out but saw no need to.

Hi Devin, I'm glad you stopped by to see *Someones Little Lamb*. It was sad to see how many childrens graves there were. Times were rough in the 1800s. I appreciate your kind comment. Come by again. Best wishes, Carolyn

Thanks for your comment on 'Loch Ness Monster - photographed at last' I do wish it was clearer. I have about 1000 pics of clouds I had taken during my flights from Cleveland to NC. All taken through scratched plane windows with an early 640x480 digital cam. Darn phone cams have higher res now. Jas
Hi Devin. Thanks for the kind comment on "Connecting life". Yes Sri Lanka is a wonderful country to see. Check my gallery and you will know for sure :)
Hey Devin .. thanks so much for you kind remarks on this posting. In Vancouver, the beauty of the mountains is a common site. For me, this was the first time that I had seen the Rockies from the ground. You can imagine my pleasure. I did my best to capture the moment as I saw it from the vantage of Sulphur Mountain. So glad you liked it.

Thanks for your comments on my posting entitled "leemikemphstn (2/2)". I have always been a fan of the Sunbeam Tiger and was pleased to find one, rare as they are now, at a car-show in the summer of 2006. Glad you liked the car and the shot.

Hello Devin. Thank you for your comments about “Dry Dairy”. Just a few weeks before I took that shot it was beautifully green there. It only takes a few days of high temperature and hot westerly winds to dry the grass off though.
Hi Devin
Thanks very much for your appreciation of Tide Turning. It certainly is a magical beach - and most of the time, you are the only one there! Kate
