Hello Edwin. Thanks to look at my 'Inside the chapel'. Despite my 28 mm zoom, I can't take the feet of the columns... I wanted to show the top with the nice sculptures :-)
Hi edwin... thanks for your feedback and comments on my "thorton force waterfall" image. It was much appreciated. I have had a browse through your work and it is a fantastic portfolio. Well done. thanks again, sarah
Thank you Edwin for your positive opinion on the "water lilies". I really appreciate it.
Pink water lilies are not so popular that is why I decided to present the photo. Soon some more flowers.

Hello Edwon.. Thanks a lot for the comment on the "Round a-boat". Glad that you liked it. Thanks for ur valuable advice as well. I have cropped this photo and made the round boad look as if leaving from the frame, to get the wave patters made on the water by the oar. I will keep your advice in mind next time i do smething like this :) thanks again.
Hi Edwin.
(very) belated thanks for your comment on Ballet. I haven't had much time for Caedes lately. I appreciate any suggestions, and I see what you mean about the bolder coloring. Thanks again!

Thanks for your honest critique of Ward Wildflowers in Stone. It was a grey day - actually raining for much of it, which increased the rich colors. I hate shooting in bright sunlight because of the harsh highlights and shadows so we rejoiced in the all day opportunity to photograph this place. I'm working with two very different monitors now and have a hard time adjusting my exposure settings when I download in raw format. My eyes aren't good either. I'm looking at the image on another monitor now and it does look a bit muddy. Have to work on monitor calibration. Thanks again Ed. anne :-)
Tell me if you like it or don't but be sure to tell me why! I promise to always give honest and sincere (albeit gentle when necessary) critiques. MY NEW YEARS TIP for all, go have some fun with your new gear you got for Christmas. Do some things you rarely or never do. If you always shoot scenics, go shoot macros (or as close up as you can get.) Practice on different subjects, try new lighting techniques, bracket your shots (shoot the same image at different exposures and different apertures), get down low and shoot from your back, your belly, and your knees. Bend, twist, lean and climb up on things. Shoot toward the sky (carefully - blown out sunlight is NOT attractive :-) Just do something different and amaze yourself then share with us :-) Love you Caedians.
Check out the site "Between Truths", read, learn and pass on. The three steps is all you need to remember to get started. =)

I love your shots of Florida, as a resident I love seeing the different sides of state you've captured, both the sunny and not so sunny. Great job, keep it up!
Thanks for your kind comment on Midsummer Rays, I agree with you, it was that baclit cloud that prompted me to take that photo. Of course, it has been edited somewhat, because I still do not know all the kinks of my new cam. =)

Hello Edwin
Thank You for your kind comments on my Kangaroo Photo at Australia Zoo, your comments are appreciated and I am glad you liked it. They Have The life and get to play air guitar... never thought of that one. Thanks
Thank your for the great encouraging comments on Simply Orange. I am very pleased that you appreciate the photo. Everything you said is what I was trying for. Thank you.
Thanks for your critique on Bulow Ditch. I wouldn't be surprised if the image is slightly tilted to the right. I wasn't on the most stable of platforms when I took this and do have a tendency to tilt to one side or the other. You're right too about the overexposure. This is just a raw image with no editing software used to take care of any high key areas etc. Do appreciate your input. Thanks again.
Ah, you never know until you try - you've got some pretty good bases in it already by the looks of it, it's always good to have a play around and see what happens, that's how we learn after all!
I'll be looking forward to bumping into you around the site again hopefully of course :) Gem
Hi Edwin. Thank you for your nice comment on my 'Successful pick' photo. Since this is a captured 'post event' time the composition with the gull on the left and flying to left is true. Otherwise the traces of the 'event' on the water couldn't be seen.
Hello Edwin....Many thanks for taking the time to view (THANKYOU FOR THE RAINBOW)and for you comments,it is very much appreciated....This rainbow was on display for several minutes giving me ample time to take a few shots from different angles...Thankyou again...All the best to you Edwin.................................................Mick.
Thank you for your comment, Edwin. We never get enough snow down south in Georgia like you all do in Montreal. So, I wanted to show as much of it as possible in "Hiawassee". To us, this is a real treat. Hope you understand. Thanks again.
People aren't going to remember the things you do. They're going to remember how you made people feel. Be kind, gracious, and appreciative.

Thanks Edwin for your comments on "Not All It's Cracked Up To Be". Glad you enjoyed the image and picked up on the map reference, though I can't attest to it being Boston. Have a great day. ~Wendell
Hi Edwin Thanks for taking the time to comment on All aboard now B/W version I'm pleased you liked it. It seems the B/W version is more popular than the earlier colour upload. Have a nice day ............ Phil
Thanks Edwin for your comments on "Come Sail Away". I should have desaturated the colours a bit, the blue is a bit too much. The horizon line is accidental at best as I was on the deck of the ferry. Glad you enjoyed the photo. Have a great day. ~Wendell
de nada, your insight is enriching to read aussi. my understanding for photography and its subsequent artform is low (i mainly post paintings/illustrations.. probably poorly) but I always appreciate edification.
how can one use letters, words or prose against its own institution? is it not to say that this accepted alphabet can portray intolerable thoughts against itself; the reflection of these words represent the meaning of ones mindless inquiry, generalizing became this text. . .read the marks behind a letter of assurance/ freedom is jailed within. . ." _ EaB
Thanks Edwin for your comments on "Tangle of Legs". Leveling the shot was one of those things I was meaning to get around to, but plumb forgot before I posted the photo. Glad you enjoyed the photo. Have a fine day. ~Wendell
Hello Edwin...Many thanks for viewing (ATLANTIC STORM) and for your comments,it is very much appreciated...As you can see by the photo the light house is certainly exposed to the full fury of the Atlantic....Thankyou again....All the very best to you Edwin.............................Mick.
Hi Ed, thankyou for your comment on Thinking Space! I really appreciate such constructive feedback. On the subject of the 'nipples' its funny how when you are editing an image as the artisit these things completely pass you by. I never noticed them until you and Roger pointed them out! I must have very tunnel vision! The girl was facing away from me in the window because i didnt ask her permission to photograph her, i was doing it on the sly and so didnt want to make it look obvious!! Thanks again for your helpful suggestions. Much appreciated :D
