Thank´s so much Gregg for the wonderful comment on "Peaceful Morning", greatly appreciated! It was one of those wonderful summer mornings that I dream about during the long, dark and cold winter days.
Thanks Gregg for the most kind words on ~silent sentry~. That has to be my favorite shot because it was a heart stopping moment....very magical and just between me and the fawn. A true God-given moment in my world. Thanks for taking time to stop by. Very deeply appreciated my friend!

Hey Gregg...I've been meaning to take a crack at "The Great Escape", but I just haven't had the time...my apologies. Although, it looks like you've had some good rework already. Great shot...maybe next time I can throw my hat into the ring ;)
Thanks Eggz for nice comments on my barn photos. I am glad you liked them. I will be anxious to see some old barns from your area. Get on some old roads where you can pull off easily. I tell you this from experience. lol

Hello Gregg...Many thanks for taking the time to have a look at (ROBIN REDBREAST)and for your comments, they are as you know very much appreciated....This little fellow was very hard to photograph,he kept jumping from one place to another....I had to stand back at a distance and use my 18-200 lens to capture this shot....Thankyou again....All the best to you Gregg...................................................Mick.
Hi Gregg,
Thanks so much for stopping in and commenting on Cold Lunch. I am not sure what type of bird it was...hawk or falcon...but I found it fascinating to watch. Looks like from your gallery that you most likely know your birds. You capture them beautifully.....I plan to come back into your gallery and look at them a little more closely soon.
Thanks so much
~Kim

[edit] [complain] [message] I am flattered by your comments on "A-Glo" and looking forward to your post, just as I have since I started with CAEDES. Your work is a "measuring" scale for what I would also like to accomplish in the future. Thanks again! :)Steve
Gregg the other day you posted a singular picture of a martin or barn swallow in mid air, with wings tucked almost against it, and only sky behind. I loved it and wanted to look at it again. Did you take it down? I could not find it anymore.

Hi Gregg. Thank you for your kind words on my Gemini rose photo. It is always good to hear from another photographer with the talents that you have. Much appreciated.
Gregg, good man, what camera do you use? The lens I can only guess at, must be at least a 300mm, right?
Your gallery is, well, breath-taking. I gotta try to get me some shots like yours. If I get even half as good, I will be pleased!

Hi Gregg. Thank you very much for your nice comment on my 'Swimming seagull' photo. I'm glad you like it. You're right about bright white parts of the bird. Maybe by a postprocess this would be lessened but I don't like postprocess. Thanks for your constructive comment.
Congratulations for your stupendous and gorgeous gallery! I took a walk through your photos, one more beautiful then another, they really have spirit, FANTASTIC, wonderful work!

Hi Gregg, glad you took the "Steep Climb" and didn't get carsick! the road runs right beneath many great mountains including the highest in the state (14,433 foot Mount Elbert), and rises well above the treeline into the stark Alpine tundra zone, while also passing lakes, rivers, steep-sided valleys, thick forests of fir and extensive aspen groves. Highway 82 is usually open for only six months of the year, from late May to late October, I appreciate your wonderful comment very much and thanks for faving it!

Peace in the Valley What I like to do is look online at log cabin designs just for fun. Some of them are so beautiful! I would like one about 1500 sq ft on one level with a mountain or lake view nestled among the evergreens but not too many since I would like the cabin to be bright and cheerful in the day time. I don't like dark and deary homes. You are welcome to drop by anytime Gregg!
Hello Gregg...........I thankyou so much for your comments on (RIDING SKILLS)they are so much appreciated....I had a most enjoyable day going around taking pictures of the horses and talking to their proud owners......Thankyou again....All the very best to you Gregg.......Mick.
Thank you for comment on " Showoff ". I appreciate it. Yes he does look as if he is a crossing guard . He was a performer he put on quite a show . You have some of the best bird captures I have ever seen . Breathtaking . Thanks again .
One of your sweet little hummingbirds zoomed by and sang in my ear telling me is a very special day for you tomorrow. Wishing you a Very Fabulous Birthday, tomorrow, Sunday July 08, 2012
Enjoy your very special day with your family and great friends. I'm raising my glass to you CHEERS. Make sure you save us some cake we are all coming over.
Thanks Gregg for the comments on my picture "Bird Blind Blues" I believe this bird to be an Indigo Bunting. The setup I used on this dreary day was a Canon 300mm 2.8 lens with a Canon 2.0x III extender giving me a very heavy 600mm setup that I attached to a monopod. Do to the lack of sunlight that day I set the Canon 5D III in aperture priority at an F-stop of 8.0 and an ISO of 3200. Even with an ISO of 3200 my shutter speed was only 320th of a second, less than half of what I would like it to be. On the bright side the birds didn't seem to mind the weather and the lighting was very even yielding several keepers besides this one.
A little birdie told me you are having a special day today, July 08, 2014. So here I am Chirping Happy Birthday Wishes. Hope you can enjoy yourself with family and dear friends. I raise me glass to you "Cheers". Make sure you save us some cake I'm coming, lol.
