Thanks for checking out "Ziggy" and writing comments. I appreciate you taking the time. That's too funny that your cat has the same name - I'm assuming it's the pirate! He's adorable.
Funny Gregg, glad you liked "Best Seat In The House" . I didn't wait around to check for anything- just wanted to shoot it and get the heck outta there. Thanks for viewing!
Hi ya Gregg- Love the 2 photos you posted. I also want to thank you for stopping by "Heads Up!". These were 2 small black racers I happened across. Very common non-poisonous snake where I live. Thanks again- Eileen
Hi Gregg, thanks for taking the time to look at "Pretty in Pink" and I am glad you liked it. I will be posting more now that the rainy season is winding down.
7 Days After Blue Bird Egg Shot
Thanks for the comments on my pic! I really do appreciate them!!!! I had to put that pic on since I had posted the egg shot a little while ago!!! Have a good one!!!
Please forgive me: I want to thank everyone who views and comments my images, I try but it is hard to write individual thank you at times. Please know you are appreciated!
Gregg -- Thanks for the compliment on Lorikeet. Yes, the Nikon D-50 is a very nice camera. I have no regrets whatsoever in my choice of the Nikon over other supposedly comparable cameras.
Hello Gregg. Thank you for your comments about “Backyard Beastie”. I was trying out some macro accessories. I can’t say I’m totally happy with my results yet but your comments are most encouraging.
When I first saw this patch of thistles, it had about 5 Butterflies on it. Soon all but one were gone. I took dozens of photos of this little guy to get my Butterfly Kisses image. They are always moving and it's hard to get a good capture. Thanks Gregg for viewing and posting a comment. Welcome to Caedes.

Gregg, Thanks for your comment on "Tulips". I did the framing thing and desaturated the outer area because it was a little out of focus. I thought that I could distract folks from noticing the part that wasn't so good by emphasizing the better part. Well, it is fun to try something new, anyway, even if it doesn't always work out perfectly. I really appreciate you taking the time to look at the photo and leave a message. It is not always easy when there are so many new photos every day.

Hi Gregg- I really enjoy seeing your comments at my work. When are we going to see a fractal from you?. Glad you enjoyed "Psychedelic Pansy". It was so fun to make- Eileen
Me again Gregg! I appreciate your support and I am so glad you found Pick a Daisy pleasing. I am having a great time creating these images. Thanks again, Carrie ;0)
Hi there Gregg... another friend burning the midnight oil, I see. Happy Sunday morning!! Many thanks for commenting on my 'Art Deco Figurine'. Poor female looks extremely squashed, like she's trying to limbo-dance under a WC door. The original image is more in the proportion of 1200x1600, rather than the other way about. My grateful thanks for commenting.
Hello Gregg! Hope all is well with you this fine day. I wanted to thank you for your kind remarks about White Pink Love. It was a tough one and I am so glad you liked it. Thanks again, Carrie
Hey, Greg,
Thanks for taking a look at my "Totem". I am glad you liked it. That "looking up" perspective is fun to use for tall skinney things like trees and flag poles, etc.
JoAnn
Thanks Gregg for the kind comments on "Little miss early bird" I really appreciate it and am glad you like it :) She hopped really close to me before she seen me...the click of the camera spooked her away :(
Thanks Gregg for the nice comments on my Bee Blossom image. I love making these close-up shots but it's often hard getting these little guy to hold still long enough to lock in the focus.
Russ
Hello Gregg! Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Little Green Spider photo. I was searching my yard for things to photograph when I found this little guy on the end of a leaf. This is a macro at the cameras extreme settings.
Russ
Thanks for your comments of Pole Nest Gregg, and for taking the time to look.
We've got these all around Florida. It not only gives the birds homes in a shrinking habitat, but allows people to see some truly magnificant Birds alot closer than they would be able to..
Thanks again for looking.
Thank you for your positive feedback, Gregg (re. View From My Window) and I'm pleased you like the image, albeit one that's been seriously doctored! :-) Much appreciated.
Hi Gregg- Thanks a bunch for your comment at "Funky Flower". Did you notice it's the same color as your avatar? LOL. - Thanks also for "Unrequited Love?" Appreciate it so much- Eileen
Hi Gregg, Night Watch started out as a sunset that I wasn't too crazy about so......I started playing with it of course and waaalaaaa! Glad you like it! Carrie

Hi Gregg- Thanks so much for taking the time to comment on "Touche' ". These are aphids that love to dine on rose bushes. They were so funny to watch too- Eileen
Dear Gregg,
thanks so much for viewing and commenting so sweetly on 'aromatic snow' !!!
And yes, the smell was just great, especially on a day so hot and in the air full of moisture !!
G'morning, Gregg! Many thanks for the birthday greetings on a gloriously sunny day here in Norwich. By the way, I breifly submitted the rework of your Window Thru The Past but the very first commentator didn't much care for it, so I binned it. Thanks again though, for letting me use your image. Looking forward to seeing you self-portrait in due course.
Hi Gregg! Much appreciation to you for the kind words you gave for 'Going To Meet Jesus'...thanks so much, I'm truly grateful!
Hope you have a great day!
Cindy
Thank you Gregg- You're always so kind with your comments. So glad you liked "Out On A Limb". You're right, if he would have had his eyes closed I would have probably walked right by him- Eileen
What a wonderful thing to say Gregg about Bouquet of Springs! The liquify tool is so neat I think I might try some more designs. Thank you and your encouragement is so appreciated! Carrie
Gregg dear,
I am so proud and happy that you liked 'soft purple'. Modestly I must admit that I feel satisfied with this image too LOL
Thank you very much, desr friend.
Thanks Gregg for your kind words for Yellow Tulips. I appreciate them very much. I was lucky it was a gorgeous spring day so the light was good. Glad you like it :)
Hi Greg, thanks for thinking my snail picture was good! I thought most people would just say ewwwwww and shut it down! ...but I was quite pleased it turned out so sharp and the raindrops were visible on the grass. :)
Thanks so much for fluttering by and taking a peek at When Heaven Comes Down !! I'm glad it lifted your spirits if even for a moment.
No, I have a Canon S2 IS which only shoots in JPEG...I wish it did RAW!! Also, this is no macro...was set in portrait mode to 'fuzz' out the background + post work in PS.
Thanks for the comment on my spot picture. I used the 105mm f2.8 macro for it. If you are thinking about getting one of them, apparently there is a new dx one out that has the same focal lenght and apature, but also has VR. I think that would be really nice to have.
Hi Gregg,
Glad you liked the shot of Blue, on the logs. I'm pretty happy with it myself. Wasn't absolutely sure I had it, till I loaded the card.
Thanks for viewing and commenting. Always appreciated.
Hi Gregg, I have snuck away from my holiday to say thank you for your compliment about A Cup of Flowers. I so appreciate you and I will be back online soon. Carrie
