Thanks. I've been toying with many programs like bryce and jasc for a long time. Some time ago I started to end up making wallpaperart. Not very good in the beginning :D Then I found caedes.net and now after few thoughts I decided to let the world (or anybody who happens - usually accidentally - to find my work in caedes) to see my work. I have done tons of wallpapers including parts of images made by other people and i prefer many of them to my work but I just have to get used to make totally original work now when i let them in public.
Thanks for your kind comment on "Circuit bored", Janne, and welcome to caedes. Your first couple of pics look interesting. You'll find people here are often cooperative if you want to include elements of their images in your manipulations, as long as you ask them first (use the "Send a personal mesage" link on their profile page) and credit them in your description for their original work. Good luck :-)
Yes, I'm one of those mewfans. Well... had more original nickideas but some were used already. just had to pick one. Have also done much mewinspired music. Maybe we'll see some mewinspired works in the near future too ;P
Hi Janne, thanks for having a look at "Chia". I sometimes get bored and wander taking random shots in my house. This is where this image came from. It has since went through the dishwasher and lost some of its scarry mood.
Magicians disappear all the time, but as soon as a regular person does it, everyone is all scared. "Tom's gone!" "Is he a magician?" "No." "Then let's print up some flyers!"

I really appreciate your comment on Swiss Majezty(Rework), I would do it with some of my own photos but, unfortunately, I am deprived of a camera at the moment, thatnks again though!
Hello! Thank you for the comment on "Where will it lead you?" I took that picture in the state of Maryland on my farm. Its so beautiful here in the winter.
Hello janne, many thanks for your comments and observations about “For You”. I agree that perfect is nigh impossible to achieve but isn’t the struggle to improve fun?
Hello Janne, thank you for the comment you left on my pic, "Silent Whispers." And yes, I agree.. I should've uploaded it in a bigger size. I'll have to see what I can do. :)
"Pity? It was pity that stayed Bilbo's hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over. The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many."- "I wish the Ring had never come to me.
I wish none of this had happened..." "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."-Gandalf
Thank you Janne for your kind comments on "Backlit Sycamore". I'm pleased you like it.
Light is that magical phenomenon that allows us to enjoy the sights of the physical world, and that property grants me the ability to interpret and record the beauties of which are so vital to me: my physical environment. Each of us sees and interprets the world a little differently and I am happy to share my interpretive vision of it with you.

Hi Janne, thank you for the comment you left on "Trail Lamps". You must lay on the moist ground to get a look at these specimens. It is amazing what one sees when we get a little closer. All these small things seem so much more significant...I trie for the point of view that a small insect might have;-)
Thanks for your kind comments on "All Backed Up" Janne. When I spotted these turtles, I just couldn't resist. They are just so comical looking.
A Photograph is more than a still image of the real, it is a doorway into the unreal, it allows you to see through the eyes of the photographer, and see how they see the life around them.

Thanks for slidin' by to check out Eye spy ...kinda spooky huh? :) I agree Janne, it is a little flat, I think it's the grey. I just thought it was kinda neat with my cat's eyes all over it.
Thanks for your kind comment on "Six a.m.", Janne - there's something about that early morning light that makes you glad you're up and about before the rest of the world :-)
Hello Janne...try not to be to dejective....the picture is very good and you have put a great deal of time into it...so that proves how creative you can be!....there is another 'talent' you would be good at....you say you dont want to be so 'talkative'! that is a ladies 'best weapon'!....so, go for it!!!!.......regards.......Bob
Thank you for you input on my art work. I wasn't trying to make anything. I was playing around with the different effects and that's what came out so I thought I would see what everyone thinks. Thanks Again.

I really appreciate the comment on 'The Warmth Of Two', thanks so much for the kind words! I actually did have more of the background showing, but it didn't look quite as good as I had hoped...maybe next time!
Thanks again!
Cindy
Excuse me for my late response. Unfortunately I had only two short trips to Suomi in the last ten years. There are only a few words, which I remember. But I won't forget the music of Sibelius :)
Thanx for your comment on "reflections w/water". I actually have been trying to do store windows where it gives the photo an abstract kida feeling, but I have not been able to go downtown in the last 2 months! Thanx for your comments and I will keep them on mind as I countinue with my project.
THE PICTURE OF BREAGAN AND HIS STUFFED ANIMAL WAS PUT ON THE SITE FOR THE FUN OF IT TAKE A CHILL PILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Janne for commenting 'Le Mont Saint Michel' always love comments:D..Actually I tried to capture the bus, but then I fell backwards..:D:D that's almost a true story :P...
Thanks Janne for commenting on "Curious". I'll be re-posting another one soon since I got someone to manipulate it in photoshop. thanks for your comments.
Moe Janne, Thanks for your comments on 'fantacy', as hard as it is to believe that you liked it, it's not hard to believe that I'm glad. Maybe the name, fantacy, explains all the 'mistakes' :P..
Thanks for comment on 'scanning from above'. I've noticed that my works are always really busy, you can't seem to keep your eye just in one place. And those two towers are not behind but on top :). Anyway thanks
Thanks for the input on my "Drawn to the light". I'll see if I can make something out of your advice Janne. I'm afraid I'm not as proficient in PS tinkering as you though... I did tweak the color slightly and up the contrast a smidgen as I usually do. (I like my color hues in the warmer spectrum.) Working more with that could probably make it much more interesting. We're back to the PS proficiency there again though... ^_^
hey Janne.. thank you for the comment on Helix.. glad you liked it.. as for the lower left corner, it would be broken up one way or another.. the helix continues in both directions for a ways off the screen..
Hi Janne! Thanks a million for the kind words you left for 'To Yet Prevail', I so appreciate it, as well as appreciating you taking time out to comment and view!
Thanks again!
Cindy
Thanks for the comment on "Eye on Io" -- I totally agree, it needs something else on the background, but I am totally not skilled in the creation of images in Photoshop. If you would like to take a shot at it, feel free to use either of the images I've posted, or you can go to NASA.gov's media files and get the one I started with.
Hi Janne, thanks alot for your kind feedback on Trapped in the Forest...glad it caught your eye...I have lotsa' ideas for the contest but not enough know-how to do what I'd like but appreciate your encouragement...I may re-do this one if I don't come up with something better in the meantime.:Pat.
Thanks for your comments on 'Sleeper sleeps'. It really isn't the best of me. To bad also we haven't had enough time talking.. and then you had to go at you summer cottage. Anyway.. we have to see when we have time to maybe do a team work to the contest. =)
Thank you so much for the supporting comments and postive feedback you gave me on my conest enty Conscious Bliss You put a smile on my face just reading your post! :)
Just keep working on your blending techniques in ps and if you have any questions just pm me and ill be glad to help you out!

Thanks for leaving comments on my submissions today. Especially the one on Flowery Red Light District was nice to hear. I guess I needed to hear the comment on the other one. I cropped that one a tad bit too much and didn't have it sharp enough to begin with. It was shot in the shade but I did that on purpose since yellow flowers have a tendency to get too much light reflected from them, i.e. getting serious over exposure. Maybe it's yet another consequence of my bright screen? ^_^
I am aware of that the Flowery RLD image is almost too dark. I guess I have that predilection. (But my screen is quite bright too...) I did brighten the center of the flower considerably and upped the contrast some actually to make it more nuanced, but oddly enough I don't like to change my images too much when I edit them... It's mostly just nudges here and touches there. I guess I could get more interesting results if I was balder, like you can be, in the editing.
Once again thanks so much for the support. Your comments are always my favourite to read. So descriptive and beneficial. You critique but also complement. Love hearing from you.

Thanks for the comment on "Demure Foliage". I'm glad you liked it. It wasn't really *that* silent where I shot it but it sure looked peaceful to me. It was one of those settings I look for and that draw me in for a closer inspection. All that shadow and murkiness and a little light to bring out just enough of the leaves... ^_^ I don't know why, but that is what really gets me going when I'm out shooting.
Thanks for the comments on my two last pieces. I'm glad you took the time. :) I used the software ArtMatic (3) for both pieces. It's more or less a big random tinkering machine as far as I'm concerned. (At least for me that doesn't know what I'm doing with it.)
Hi Janne, thanks for the comment on Cloudy Sky, much appreciated. Yeah, sometimes my camera battery runs out just when I have a great scene in front of me =( The sky was beautiful that day though. Thanks again!
Tomorrow might never be | When you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything - Doc Brown | My Gallery My apologies about the delay in commenting, but I will get to all of them eventually!
Hi Janne, many thanks for your comments on 'Ready for take off'. It is very much appreciated. I looked into your gallery....very impressive. Thanks again...Jacquie
Hi Janne, thanks for taking the time to appreciate and comment on By Candle light! The photo was originall composed to be more central in the frame, but i thought it would be a nicer wallpaper if it were off center...and the only reason i did it to the right was cuz i usually have my icons on the left hehe
Hi, thanks for your comments on The Great Beyond and on my main page, I really appreciate it. I especially like your "old geezer" comment...haha, so funny, and probably true!

I'm not sure I got any friends here anymore... Or perhaps they don't dare to comment back. ^_^ What do I know? I'm sort of known for having evil stalkers around that try to rattle people around here with petty threats or badmouthing. What does it matter though? ^_^
Well I think it's talented...because at this moment, I don't think I could make it. Hopefully after christmas, I'll have more time for learning PS 'cause I'll be done school.

Hey janne , thx for the comment on lady in purple , i use a canon 20d and this was shot with a Sigma 150 mm macro ( a long lens helps soften the background ) .
