Thank you so much Herman for your comments on White on White. I usually err on the dark side or full of contrast for my photos, but I have always wanted a white on white shot, which this came close to! I think it must be the winter, no snow and dark, rainy weather which made me take this bright shot, to cheer us up! Thanks again, Kate
Hoi, Herman!
Nice to meet an other artist on caedes, from the Netherlands!
I;ve seen your gallery, and I'll admire your beautiful photo's !
Thanks for comment on "Snowwhite"
See you, and kind regards!

Hi there!
My Delicate Daffodil is one of a group of bulbs of a miniature variety, which I grew in a big chunky glass container! They are very cheerful on my kitchen windowsill. My utility room has just the right colour walls to take the photo against. Thanks so much for the compliments! Kate
Hello Herman. Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Pussy Willow 5 image. This was taken in late afternoon with the sun shining on the back side. Behind it was the darknesss of a wooded area. I took this at iso 50, f11 at about 1/60 exposure with a fill flash using the cameras telephoto macro mode. I'm glad that you enjoyed viewing this image.

Thanks Herman for commenting on my picture “Orange Black Tip”. The occasional trip to the butterfly garden is the extent of my photography when it’s this cold.

Hi Herman! I'm glad you liked "Silhouettes", thanks for leaving the comment on it! The island of Ré is really a great place to relax, especially in winter without all the tourists... lol. "Somewhere Beyond the Sea" was taken on one of it's beaches also.

Thank you for your kind comments on Coltishall Broad. Yes, it looks peaceful in this image because my little dog had frightened all the birds away! ;-) Glad you enjoyed the view.

Hi Herman, this is just a piece of the delta works, there is 4 times more of it but that does not fit on my picture:)) lol but thanx for your nice words on it
Thank you Herman, for your delightful comment on "for your pleasure" and for enjoying all my bird photos. I truly appreciate all of the kind and sincere feedback you provide.
Kia Ora herman , your comments are always most greatly appreciated, thank you. I am happy your opinion of the white geraniums was so high. it took me a while to black out the background and then I wondered if it was to stark, so was nice to get positive feedback.
Hello Herman. Thank you for the comment on "The Moon Was Bright." Yes, I did use a tripod. You should have seen the ones before I brought the tripod out hahaha
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Thanks very much for your kind comments on my image of a Norfolk Broads' staithe and that little hut you've earmarked for your summer holiday would certainly guarantee you peace and quiet. It's on private land, so only the birds would disturb you!
I appreciate your making time to comment - thanks again.

Hi there Herman...thanks so much for visiting my image ~belief~ and ~serenity~ too and leaving such kind, warm words. They are very much appreciated ;=)

Hey Herman! Thanks for your kind word on "Colors of Spring" and you're right, I was out today lol. But apart from the frame I didn't mess with the photo (the colors are natural). Thanks again!
