Thank you Isaac for your comments on "After the storm #1". You mentioned that it would probably be better if I includded more of the coastline. I would of but this was actually the best the landscape could offer. There is very steep hill leadin towards it. Yer welcome to take a look of the 2nd part of the bay.
Thanks for your comment on "extinction". I'm also quite unsure what it is xD Sometimes I just end up trying different things and this time that whateveritis was the result.
Hi there Isaac...nice to meet you...thank you so much for your nice feedback on Lover's Cove...glad you liked it...don't feel discouraged if you have trouble with manipulation...I have never done very much of it either so I'm not too good at it and agree with you that the waterfalls wasn't blended in too well in this image...also the reason for the textured finish was to cover some of my mistakes, lol...keep at it...I am just learning and feel you can only get better with practice...thanks again...I appreciate your visit and thoughts.:Pat.

Hey Isaac - Thanks for checking out both Lavender Water and Oz Came To Kansas. I appreciate it and I also appreciate the feedback. Your suggestions are welcome and I can see your point on both. Next time these are things I need to think about. Thanks.
The beer urges me on, the bewitching beer, which sets even a wise man to singing and to laughing gently and rouses him up to dance and brings forth words which were better unspoken.

Hi Isaak, thanx for commenting on '39 steps' glad u like it :~) the 39th step is in to the blackness :~), i counted the layers & not the steps in the making, kinda gave the wrong impression
Thanks for the input on the telephoto thing. I finally got it sorted out. In fact the last pic I uploaded (Duel) was done with the telephoto lens and hand held at that. You are correct, camera shake is a big no-no. I would normally use a tripod but this was a rush shot. Thanks again mate.
Thanks Isacc for your comment on Native River. I usually start with a rough sketch, say on a post-it note, and then draw it in Adobe Illustrator. Sometime I just start in Illustrator.

Greetings Isaac. . Thanks for visiting my"Cicada Study". . The capture was in Argentina and this guy just plopped on my dinner table. Anyway I used my travelling camera. . a Nikon Coolpix 7900 set to Macro. So nothing special. . but as the bug was not going anywhere I was able to get real close and to take my time. Best Amida

Hello, my name is Naomi. I was wondering if I could use your images for my layouts at http://www.xanga.com/Simply_Lov3able_Layouts? I made a layout using your "Parrots" image; URL to layout: http://www.xanga.com/lov3able_layout_65. I gave you credit by linking to your gallery. One link is in the navigational bar, and another in the code itself.
Anyway, I just wanted to make sure it was OK to use your images for my layouts; they're SO beautiful!
Ephesians 2: 8 & 9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if all it took was good works to get to heaven? And if you had to earn salvation it wouldn't be a gift, it would be a wage. And if you had to be good enough to get saved then how do you know when your there? Questions about Jesus? Send me a personal message.
Thanks for all your support and all the kind comments that you have left on my latest images. Im glad that you liked and I hope that you enjoy the ones to come.
Hi Issac thanks for leaving a comment on 'A Full Harvest'. I totally agree that this is a little overexposed. I think i might post it again! I was fiddling with the contrast. it obviously didnt quite work! Thanks for the constructive critisism...most appreciated :D
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
Thx for your comment & for giving your opinion on "Alfa & Omega". It's a nice ideea to use a color like that but isn't gold good enough? On what i've seen soo far, hell is most represented by red & black, while heaven by white & gold... & btw, the autor of the shot is my uncle, not me :P... But thx a lot. Paul
