True Love...

I am debating entering this into the emotion contest. This is my daughter Lyndsey with my Great Nephew Daniel in the garden, when he was around two months old at most. Needless to say that he has always had us wrapped around his finger, as you can tell by the look on her face.

Hello Jo and thanks for your kind comments on "Wenatchee River Surprise". It was a very beautiful place to photograph. A fire ravaged through the area several years ago and I haven't been back since the first year afterwards. It was very depressing to see all that loveliness gone. Perhaps it's time to return and see what miracles Mother Nature has brought.

Jo, regarding my experience with hedgehogs - the one you saw on my picture was not camera shy at all - I have been fooling around firstly with the dog who was very eager to catch the animal, then secondly with the camera which as the case may be was set absolutely wrong ... ! And at last I got the first shot - oops - the dog was pulling my hand holding the camera etc. The fifth shot was this one ...
