Thanks for comments on my recent posts including 'Masked Avenger' and 'You want a piece o' me?'. I'm swamped again but wanted to let you know I've seen all your recent posts, too, and enjoyed them all.
Thanks for dropping by 'Rocky's Close Up'. I'm having a little more luck with my squirrelly friends than with butterflies, birds and sunsets these days (LOL). I appreciate hearing from you.
Hey Robert!
Thanks for the awesome comment on *Yduela*...I'm pleased you liked her so much! As for the c-index...no matter how good a digital drawing is (I'm not trying to say I'm really good or anything because I know I have a loooong way to go yet ;]), it will never have a good c-index because this site is insanely biased towards photography :(
Anywhos, thanks again - I'm glad you stopped by! :]
Hi Robert, glad you liked my "blue bird" photo. Muggsy said it is an Indigo Bunting. I have learned so much about birds on this site from him and a few others. This site is very educational. Have a happy day.
And thanks for comments on 'Seahorse'. I used the NoiseWare filter to make up for the higher ISO used on this one. I also worried that he was partially hidden. Sometimes, they just won't cooperate (LOL).

Hello Robert. Thank you for your comments about “A Pair of Pitts”. I was delighted by the synchronised propellers, but I have no idea how or why that happened.

The black and white image of the bird perched on a heavy chain was posted in the Voting Booth today, 3rd July. I wanted you to know how much I admire your composition and exposure. Very beautiful.

Thanks for stopping in at 'Always Watching'. My goodie bag is runnin' thin these days. Need to get that new camera and hope it comes with some inspiration.

Hi, Robert! Thanks for dropping by 'But Ma, I dont need a bath...'. I think I could fill a memory card with these three (Mom, daughter and son) but after a while people would tire I fear.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

And thanks for 'Frogmouth'. The docent is carrying this bird, very calm and actually started 'stumping' (freezing to look like a stump) when some flamingos marched by (a future image, maybe). He said they are not great fliers, either.
Hello Robert, thank you for the comment on "Catch of the day" I wish I had a better zoom lens to get in a little closer, maybe next year. But I think it came out pretty good. The Green Heron is a fascinating bird. They sit motionless on the lily pad, then strike when a fishy comes close. I was there for an hour watching this one.
Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to comment on my photo "Wing check" I am glad you enjoy my Hummingbirds, they are still here by the way. Thank you for your continued support.
Thanks so much for your comment on my upload ROOM WITH A VIEW and for noticing that I've been working very hard to hone my skills...still am. I took quite a bit of time off posting and concentrated on photography courses and PhotoShop.
It's really great to have you back...just don't let that c index get to you. (it's now being called the cow index) lol..

Thank you Robert, for the nice comment on "Time for me to fly" I need to get a better zoom lens to get these big birds in flight. They always fly away from me, never towards me.

Hi Robert, Thanks for the comment on "A Beautiful Deer" They are fenced in, but have over 300 acres to roam, not afraid of humans at all. Perfect for photos.
Hello Robert....Many thanks for your comments on (COLOURS OF SUMMER),they are very much appreciated....I visit Scotland every year...I left Scotland back in the early sixties to join the armed forces....My sister still lives there...Thankyou again Robert....All the best....Mick.
Hello Robert...Many thanks for your comments on (NUTTY THE SQUIRREL)they are very much appreciated....It was great fun trying to photograph this little fellow....Thankyou again Robert....All the best...Mick.
I also reread my comment on it and corrected a gross oversight on my part in syntax, so again, I have to thank you for directing me back and helping me to correct that mistake.
I had a great time that day...couldn't have been better conditions, plus I had my steady stick!!!
