Hi Linda. I'm glad you liked "Cats In Boats." I shoot a lot of photos and I upload a lot of photos (As I'm sure you noticed), and coming up with interesting and accurate names is sometimes difficult. A good and appropriate name can actually make a difference in how people perceive an image. "Cats In Boats", however just named itself, and being a cat owner for many years, I felt a kinship with these feral animals basking in the late afternoon sun.
Linda, many thanks for your comment on Spirit of the Marsh. Glad you liked it. There is a rather large colony of Great Blue Herons which lives not far from here, so we have many opportunities to see them beginning about this time of the year.
Hi, there. Thank you for commenting on "Up-And-Comers" I am also grateful for the technical name for those flowers. Very much appreciated. Thanks again!

Thanks for the comments on "Old Lines". I like the old lines in the shot myself, don't think I would have found the shot that interesting without them.
Hi Linda ! I´m really glad to see you enjoyed the Triple-Hepaticas with droplets. It is a wonderful little wood flower - makes me glad when I see it every spring! Thank you so much for commenting !
Hi Linda...thanks a lot for stopping by to comment on The Wind...glad you liked it enough to download...that's O.K. if you don't like the frame...frankly, I prefer a full view to framed pics also, but as I mentioned in my description, I posted this photo last year with a poem, so this year decided to do it differently...also, I mainly added the frame because the pic was only 800 x 600 and a lot prefer larger...I see you are fairly new here, so welcome from me too.:Pat.
Hey! Many thanks for the good feedback on 'Old country'. I was thinking exactly the same about the wires when I took it. I searched a place to avoid it: impossible. Then I tried to make with it... :-)
I apologize for my long delay in answering your note on my "Tranquility" image. I have been away from home on a "tour photographique", and have only just gotten back to Caedes. I'm so glad that you liked the image - it hasn't gotten much notice lately, so it's doubly gratifying to see your comment. I have many fond memories of that bridge.
Thanks Linda for the comments on "Morning sea Star".Yes I was pleased that the refraction of the water on the sand was there is such good focus when I viewed it and this indeed made it work.Rob.
Thanks, Linda, for taking a look at "Sanctuary at Delphi". Greece is such an amazing country and has so many impressive archeological sites, but Delphi is perched against these cliffs which I think give an interesting perspective to the buildings below.
Hey there Linda - WHy thank-you for stopping by and commenting on my image - Palettes of Colour. It turned out a lot better than I had hoped - and yes - it does make you wonder about all the stories those palettes could tell if they could talk. Have a great day...cheers...
Hey Linda, thank you so much for the nice comment on "Kalderimi" -that's the greek word for a little, paved street. I love taking pictures of the islands and I'm so glad you liked this one! Best regards,
Maria
