Hi Lindy, many thanks for liking and commenting so generously on "Elation" and especially for giving my little flowers a lovely place to reside, in your favs! (smiling)! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Lindy, thanks for liking "A Ferry Boat"! Yes it does remind you of that time in American history, doesn't it. Also, I thought it reminded me of a lttle toy boat floating, it seems so perfect! You are a long way to Mi from Texas my dear, of course unless you flew and I am sure you may have one a little closer to home, (smiling)! Sincerely, Marilyn
If you get to Maui then go on the Hana Highway, its 54 miles of hairpin turns and sometimes it is one lane, the bridges were built around 1910-11 and it takes about three hours to drive. thanks for your comments.
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.

Hey, thanks for checking out my Solo burst shot too. It doesn't seem to be getting the attention that my collages get. But, I liked that one by itself. My husband told me it was too plain and didn't even look like fireworks. Anyway, I'm glad a few others liked it too. Thanks again.
Hi, Lindy...I'm laughing at your question about how I came up with the name "Halitosis" for the TieraZon image I put up today. <G> Can't really tell ya...it just popped into my head when I looked at the little critter...LOL! Glad you liked it anyway.

Your comments on "So Blue" are very much appreciated. I am also satisfied with the result of this picture from a butterfly so divinely beautiful.
Thank you.
Eric
Glad you enjoyed On A Rampage.. I would imagine it has a lot to do with politics, as there were lots of other things in that yard, that pointed in that direction.. I wish you could see the rest of the yard.. This was the only pic that was postable and I didn't want to stay in their driveway very long.. Thanks for commenting.. Much appreciated..
Hi, Lindy...Thanks for your nice comments on ZIGZAG (Blue.) I think I like the blue one best too, but there are literally a hundred different gradients that work with this image. Your comments are much appreciated!

Thanks for commenting on Blondie.. He lives in an old black walnut across the street.. He comes to my feeders every day.. He gets friendlier all the time.. He is only about two months old, so I have great hopes of making friends.. He was showing off for me..
Hi Lindy, many thanks to you for your comments on "A Glad Morning"! It is true, sometimes, sunny days work and other times, not so well! It depends on so many things, doesnt it? Thanks again, Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Lindy, thanks once again for your liking my happy glads! The weather was perfect for shooting, and so I took many, I so love the color. I purchased these flowers instead of taking random outdoor shots, I do that quite often! About the NM balloon festival, Kim, my daughter says it is awesome! It fascinates her. She does have a nice camera, but really no interest in it, where her mother sees a photo in every direction! LOL! Thanks again Lindy. Maybe someday you can make it to the balloon show, I hope so! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hello Lindy!
Thanks for the comment and good rating on Nature's Jewel, I'm glad you liked it so much! The starburst in the middle is my favorite part of the picture as well!
Thanks again~ Maria

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Hi Lindy! Thanks for the comments on 'What's that?' Her name's Bailey. Her little bulldog teeth are her best feature (her mismatched eyes - one blue, one brown) are a close second. :-)

Hi Lindy....thanks for stopping by to view and comment on Rock and Roll...glad you liked the image and yes, I can understand your reluctance to go on a boat with a name like that...makes you wonder what kind of trip you'd be in store for, doesn't it, lol...tks again.:Pat.

Hi Lindy, many thanks for your comments on "Into the Blue"! Yes, it is curious, how I angled that shot and indeed it was from lying on my back! I liked the effect of the light shining through the flower! It is fun to try the many ways of shooting and object isn't it? Glad you liked it my little Texan friend! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Lindy, here I am again, and late, as I am inevitably destined to be these days, so sorry, but my thanks are none the less sincere!! Thanks for viewing my "Seeking the Sun" as a water color, a very nice thought indeed! Are you a painter? Sincerely, Marilyn

Thanks, Lindy.. The Maple is a sleepy, slow moving river.. It is also very muddy looking because of the yellow clay bottom.. It is great for rafting and canoeing.. I have spent many hours in a canoe, on it.
Hey there Lindy, I truly appreciate you commenting on Maxine's Garden. I was surprised when Morwyn told me her mom sat and looked at it forever so I couldn't help, but make it especially for her.
Days Inn Reflections was created to give a feel of the expanse of the pool in the early morning light. I wanted to capture the depth of the pool and the reflection of the hotel in the background. Thanks Lindy for the nice comments and for taking time to view this image. I appreciate your support.
Russ
Thanks for your lovely comments for the photo "Common Kestrel".
I appreciate it very much. This and the other birds were about 3mtr away. (Bird show)

Thanks Lindy for commenting on "A Sea of Pink'! Can you imagine getting this much color from six glads? They were given to me by an old gent in the park who knew I loved photographing florals! I accepte graciously, and thanked him!! He said they were his last glads for the season. Wasn't that special? Thanks again, Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi again, Lindy. Thanks for visiting my "Laying Fallow" image. It was a chance encounter, and I was in the car with another photographer driving on that road. We drove up the hillside looking for a vantage point, and we found this. I guess it worked.
Hi Lindy. Actuall I'm not sutdying to be a vet I'm an ARMY Vet. But I am studying to be an animal psychologist, so you were close! I live in San Antonio, home of the Fiesta! I have family in Dallas, so I've been there a couple of times.
