Iggy Uploaded: 08/20/23 12:58 AM GMT

Image: Iggy

St. Thomas, USVI. Every morning, Iggy and the love of his life would climb to the tree top next to the deck for some sun and food (leaves). At the end of the day, he'd quietly say 'farewell' and climb down. The next day, he'd do it all over again. Here, he's licking the remnants of a leaf. The Caribbean waters are seen through the branches.

Welcome to Caedes Thad. It is a great site that is both fun and educational so don't be afraid to take advantage of all the knowledge and experience that can be found here.

Thanks as well for your kind comments on "Chester Zoo Butterfly". I'm really lucky the Britain's biggest and best zoo is only 15 miles down the road.

Hello Thad,
thank´s so much for the very kind comment on "The Waterlily", I really appreciate it a lot! The dark water is the actual color of the water, I havn´t done anything to darken it. It is this dark because of the minerals in it and also because of the dark
colored soil at the bottom of the pond.
