Hi Lyudmila - I´m sure you will enjoy the Caedes site!! I´m also glad you visited the red hay barn with the black doors (Safeguarded harvest)! This red color (Falu red paint) you can see everywhere in my country. It is manufactured from rest minerals at Falu Koppargruva (The copper mine in Falun) It has been used for hundreds of years. I´m glad you enjoyed one of my odd pictures - maybe you can find some more..

Hi, Lyudmila, thanks for taking a look at Almost Winter and making time to comment. Very happy that you liked the shot. We get a lot of foggy mornings in the Cuyahoga Valley, so I get a certain amount of practice shooting in the mist. But none of that automated stuff on the camera was designed for fog, so I usually end up doing manual exposure and focus. By the way, we used to live in Ithaca and I did a bit of research in the Adirondacks some years back...are either near you?..Mike

Thanks Lyudmila for viewing and commenting on my On Golden Pond 5 photo. The fish was the hardest part of this image to manipulate. It took a while to get it to look like it was under water. The fish is my Billy Bass fish. The leaf is my Maple Leaves 2 photo.

Thanks Lyudmila, for your comments on Frosty Trail. The bridge is kind of a "set". The irrigation ditch it goes over has long since fallen into disuse, and most people just go around it. I'm glad you enjoyed the photo.

Happy Holidays Lyudmila! Thanks for viewing and posting a comment on my Saint Joseph 2 photo. I'm very pleased with the composition and exposure of this image. It has great detail in the shadows and the highlights. I'm glad to be able to share it with you.

Lyudmila thank you for your lovely comment on my "Lovely lil' street". The shot was taken in lovely old and romantic town called Nafplio in Greece. Napflio is a must-see-at-least-once-in-your-life lil' town. Small and beautiful.

Good Morning Lyudmila,
You have been very kind with your comment about my, Grand Canyon in Fog and Snow. I am always pleased when someone takes the time to write a comment about my work. I am happy that you enjoyed your visit. The only color mauipulation that I did was to remove the blue cast that snow always has in the shadow areas.

Thanks for commenting on 'Westworld' and I agree about the clouds. They were ok till I tried to change their colour and messed it up and when I tried to go back to they way they were I ended up with a kinda painted look. I spent a bit of time on it so decided to post it anyway.
Thanks for stopping by "Warmth". I appreciate the comments. I know what you mean about the sharp lines on the left, I wasn't sure about them myself. I decided to go with it since it added an interesting definition to the image, but I might just have to go back and play with it some more.
