Hi Imua,
Glad ya enjoyed "I don't think so". I was just having a little fun with Photoshop. That shot actually was with available light. Didn't use a flash. It's pretty much impossible to use a flash on a fish tank, you're right! :-)
Thanks for taking a look and commenting.

How sweet of you to add my initials on your upload "2 negative 4 ice" I accept the honor with humility and with a grateful heart. Thank you for the recognition. I am deeply honored. :)PJ

Thanks Imua for commenting on my unusual butterfly picture “Leaf”. It’s the first time I have seen this butterfly in the house so I don’t know anything about it.
Hey Imua, thanks for looking at 'Clowns' and 'Artful Neglect'. I love that clowns pic and no-one's looked at it in a while. It's great when someone re-discovers something in your gallery. Thanks for your comments.
Imua, thanks for your comments on my "Farmer's Geometry" photo. It's not easy getting a decent shot out of an airplane window. -- Greg (PS: I'm not kamaaina, but I did live on Maui for about 12 years. So it's nice to see someone adding a little "island flavor" to this site.)

Thanks for the kind comment on Secret Place. As always your thoughts and opinions are appreciated. No, my friend it was not easy digging. But, it was well worth the BLOOD, SWEAT and SWEAT. LOL!! The hardest part was not disturbing the trees to much. I am a tree hugger.
Thanks for the kind comment on Secret Friends. As always your thoughts and opinions are appreciated. Thanks again, it is nice to meet someone else who can truely appreciate Koi. I developed an afinity for them when I lived in Hawaii.
Thanks for your comments on my two pieces: "The Touch of a Petal" and "Clouds All a Glow." It is so encouraging to hear that someone enjoys my work. Thanks again!
Hi there and thanks for discovering 'artful neglect'. It was the original shop that caught my eye and I really wanted to do something with it. Glad you liked it!
Thanks Imua for the nice comment on my shot of New Mexico. I took this on my way to California with my son who was driving a semi. I was a rider and was able to see allot of this beautiful country. Thanks again

My belated thanks for your really positive comments on my Afghan Girl rework. It was very kind of you to give it a top score in the VB and I'm especially appreciative of your taking a break to leave feedback on the image.

"Simplicity is Elegance"...I'm real happy you enjoyed this. I will post more off and on, as I do really enjoy doing these pen and ink drawings..Verena
Hey .. thanks for your comment on "Inside the Hibiscus". Much appreciated!
Also, for your comment on "Happy Halloween" I have to confess. My wife carved the pumpkin. I just took the picture :)
Howdy from Arizona - thank you for checking in at 'Moon Pie', glad to know you like it! Got 5 different kinds of hibiscus growing (pics in gallery), but not quite like HI for growing them here in SoAZ. Also have some HI pics in gallery, if you get a minute or two. Thanks again Imua!

Thank you Imua for your kind words and confidence... Its such a nice thought knowing you appreciate my work the way you described. I look forward to viewing more in your collection too!
Thank you Imua for your lovely words on Old Church.
When it was first build... there probably weren't so much houses around. Probably some farms...

Thanks also for commenting on Last FLower Standing.
To be honest... I too don't know what kinda flower / plant this is. I got it from my parents two weeks ago and they didn't know either. So I can't say if the little things are going to be flowers to or not... just gonna have to wait and see! LOL

Thank you very much Imua for your very kind words on Last Flower #2. I'm happy that you liked it. I took this shot early in the morning when the sun was just rising... so the background came out just right with the flower.
Your comment is really appreciated.
Thank you Imua for your kind words on Carcassonne in Orton. I appreciate it. If you want to know more about the so called Orton effect... then ckeck this site: www.pcin.net/update/2006/11/01/the-orton-effect-digital-photography-tip-of-the-week/
It gives a bit of a dreamy 3D effect to the pic, but beware... not all pics are good for this effect.
And as for a photo request.... since I've never had a chance to go to Hawaii... every thing sounds good to me! If I think of something special... I'll let you know!
Thanks Imua for your lovely words on Carcassonne #2. It is much appreciated and I'm very happy to hear that you like it so much. Older buildings do have the same effect on me... when I see something old I just wanna know who lived there and what they did!
Thanks a lot for your comment on Fruits of the sun.
I really appreciated.
I visited your gallery and I would like to thank you for sharing the colors of this marvellous island.Three pictures of your gallery are in my favorites: A friendly point of you, Livingroom view and Daniel.
Thanks for your comments about my "Experimental Giraffe" at Chester Zoo. it was great fun photographing the giraffes and they posed wonderfully for me.
Thank´s so very much Imua for the great words about "Shed of the Dam no2", I am happy you like it :-) It is a mechanism for controling the water level in the dam. I have asked people who live nearbye, and they told me that.
