Autumn's Red! Uploaded: 09/05/06 3:40 PM GMT

Image: Autumn's Red!

This is a rework on Autumn's Red! Because I have always favored this shot, I continue to return to it, and with further experimentation, am always hoping for improved results! This is very colorful and inviting I think! Please enjoy! Marilyn

Thanks Marilyn for viewing and commenting on my Spook Night photo. This was taken during the day and under exposed to darken the image. The forground was placed over my star background and added a diffused glow. The ghost was another tomb stone that I cut out and added a glow and made transparent. The color was removed to give it a night effect. It's all smoke and mirrors from photoshop.

Hello Marilyn! Thanks for viewing and commenting on my image. This is just some more experimentation with Photoshop. I added the fish as a source for the ripple. The cat is from Georgia and the fish was last seen in Tennessee. This is done with layers and various amounts of opacity. I'm glad you like my Sleeping With The Fish image. Thank you, Marilyn, for the wonderful comments on the photo of the Bridge at Newport. You made me smile and feel really nice. That was the bridge Jack Nicholson and his band of escapees set sail under in the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." After that, Hollywood started using Oregon locations quite extensively for filming. However, I think I've reached the "one-shot-at-a-time" age. I don't reckon I could keep up with those movie stars! :) Thanks for the vote of confidence, though! Steve
