Thanks Sophie for comenting on Breathless. During the storm Otis, my hound paced and whined constantly. KileyChristine was on her back, spread-eagled, on the couch oblivious to the whole thing. When you said spiky things I though oh no she seeing something weird, probably porcupine or something. LOL.
Hi, Sophie, and thank you for your kind comment on "...in a wild flower..." In the viewfinder the grains of pollen caught the sun and looked like stars and gas clouds seen through a telescope, so that's exactly the effect I was hoping to capture :-)

Thanks for your comment on "Morningstar", Sophie :-) Taunton's in Somerset - my employer was kind enough to send me there for a few days on a training course so the camera got a lot of use early mornings and evenings... ;-)
Response to A Closer Look: Thanx for the comment... It is digital. This was taken with my little powershot A40 (canon) with a +2 macro. It's small and easy to handle in a boat. :-p
And also thanks for your flattering vote and comment on (Treetop). I like green very much too :), actually all of nature's colors. Glad you enjoyed it Sophie~

Hi Sophie. Your support on "Manresa" makes me feel like maybe B&W isn't so handicapped after all here on caedes. The shot has been sitting around for ages, and I only just got up the nerve to share it. Thanks.
Sophie thank you for the flattering comment and vote on (Free The Horses). Daryll's picture was so good I think that everyone will prefer it, but the edit was a great challenge and I am pleased that people think I pulled it off. Thanks for the support!

Sophie, thank you for the comment on (Summer Magic). I do not own horses, but the rider in this picture is a very good friend of mine and that is her horse. I get to visit her horse and her friends' horses fairly often these days. They are magnificent creatures :). I'm glad you liked the image!
