Thanks for the comment! Yes, Hawaii is a beautiful place. We island hopped between Maui, Oahu, and the big island, and sadly (it's been several years now), I can't remember where many of the pics were taken... Thank you so much for your interest, though. By the way, "falling snow" is awesome; I love how the table itself looks like a big snowflake. :-) I'm eager to see more of your pictures!

Sophie, thanks for the comment on "Calla Lily". Yeah that little bug was one of the reasons I choose this particular image. I had taken 12 or so and this bug cralwed out on the last one. I thought it added character to the picture. Thanks for noticing. andrew

Sophie, thanks for the help on "What's my name?". I just found out as I was reading your post that the flower is similar to Scrophulariaceae. It's actually a Schizanthus Pinnatus. or a Poor Man's Orchid. Thanks for the help. andrew

Sleeping through school . . . maybe it won't, but you know about the travellers in the desert who heard a voice from the heavens which told them to pick up as many stones as they could and carry them a days journey to the East. They just picked up a few, but when they got to their destination they found that the stones had turned into diamonds. They wished they had picked up more. School work is a bit like that . . . And to be fair to Edd, he is working harder this year.
