Hi Jenn,
Thks for stopping by "Egret Enjoying The Golden Hour". I too love the contrast of the white bird against the dark and brooding colors of the bayou. Your comments are always welcome.

Many thanks for your constructive comments on my Afghan Girl rework. I entirely agree that increasing contrast with more shadowing on the face, would have made for a stronger image. Great suggestion - thanks and I'll try this out on a copy of my original painting.
I appreciate you leaving me such positive feedback.
Hi Jenn, Thanks so much for your kind words on "One Red Leaf". I just couldn't come up with a creative title, but I like the pink one too. Glad you enjoyed it. Sherree
Hi Jenn Thanks for your comment on my Continental Divide Photo. Yes it was actually to early for a more well lit photo. Watch for another shot on the same visit of a buckboard at the same location.
Thanks for commenting on "Being Remembered In Port Sunlight". The fourth person is definitely Art. But whether that's part of Education or Charity in Its Widest Meaning, I'm not sure. It could just be Art as she is the only one facing The Lady Lever Art Gallery ( see "living In A Soap Bubble #4 in my gallery - link below). The statue of Art could be modelled on my niece, Ros.
thanx Jenn for the nice words on 'skyline', but the moon was already there while I was taken the picture and the b/w frame and the color shot are 1 shot:))
G'day Jenn,
Thanks for the comment on Gentleness. If you saw the original photo (uber dark) you'd think this version shined like the naked sun. :)
Peace,
Mikel.
Thanks for the comments on my gator picture "you can't see me" I risked a limb or two for this picture and appreciate them. As for swimming I was definetly not as scared as I should have been lol.
~ Hi Jenn, THANKS so much for stopping by and your nice comments on my 'Amaryllis Kiss', 'Sunflower by the Pool', and 'Desktop Palm' shots! Much appreciated!

"I decided that it was not wisdom that enabled [poets] to write their poetry, but a kind of instinct or inspiration, such as you find in seers and prophets who deliver all their sublime messages without knowing in the least what they mean."

Hiya Jenn Thanks for commenting on Man beside tree Tried to get the shot to look like an old coloured film shot like a kodak or something, his name is Bob and he's one of the best guys i know,He looked a little melancholy that day,, i tried to catch his mood ...Richie
Jenn, the path and ultimately the house behind the trees were charactor acters in this shot. It was all about the tree (subtly). Thanks for taking a look and commenting on The Way Home. ~ John
Hey Jenn, tahnk you for the comment on "Sweet goat".I just love baby goats, they seem so pure and innocent! And of course they are so....Well almost :) Have a nice day.
Ideas, unlike solid structures, do not perish. They remain immortal, immaterial and everywhere, like all Divine things. Ideas are a golden, savage landscape that we wander unaware, without a map. Be careful: in the last analysis, reality may be exactly what we think it is.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Thanks Jenn
For your comments on my pic "A View from a Supermarket ~ St Botocph`s Boston"
