Thank you, thank you, you are very kind. I love this town Ohrid, and this lake, it's wonderful. The town is very old, but the lake is one of the oldest lakes in the world.

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
So you live in Louisiana...I lived in Marksville for a time, and learned how to cook yummy cajun food. I also lived for 14 yrs in Bossier City and partly in Shreveport. I miss the Cajuns..and the friendly people in the South a lot...and I miss mostly the wonderful seafood from the Gulf Coast...welcome aboard..verena
I'm not going to be posting much for a while, due to a kinda serious health problem.Plus I need to learn how to use my new Canon better. But I'll be lookin' at all of your postings.Thanx to all...and hugs!!
Thanks for the comment. Yes, it is very beautiful here. They say the lake is three million years old. There are very old churches and monasteries from the 9th century. And the nature around is wonderful.
Hello & Thanks Nancy
for your comments on my pic "Helmsley Castle #4"
Made all that running about worth it (buying the guide book also helped with the naming all the different parts of the Castle - £2.99 well spent ~ ha ha).
Hi Nancy, thanx for taking the time to comment on Freedom is Free. I have to disagree with you though. I think john gave ME a day i will never forget. ;-)

Hey there. Ya'll been ridin' that bike? Haven't been able to do much riding myself lately. Thanks for the comment, support and fave on Abby's Beauty. Much appreciated.

Hi, Nancy. I am glad you like my tree. It's an evergreen tree, arbovitae, maybe that's why it's so pretty.
The arborvitae is an evergreen tree or shrub from the cypress family. They are found primarily throughout eastern Canada and the northeastern United States. The arborvitae has scale like leaves that are soft to the touch, rather than prickly. Arborvitae prefers colder climates to warmer ones.
