Hi Steve. Thks for viewing "Wildwood". That really did come out different looking, didn't it? I just love the trees around here. I drove by that tree again yesterday and you wouldn't believe the way it looks now. No leaves and no color at all. Spring might be interesting though. Hope I hear from you again.

Steve, thks so much for all your support in commenting on my images. reference "Camera Shy". No, his girlfriend was around but she wasn't chasing him. I'm darn lucky I got that shot. I was using one of Canon's heavy white lenses with no tripod and I'm fortunate it came out as good as it did. Hope I hear from you again.

Hello Steve! Thanks for the nice comments on my Crawfordville Critters 4 photo. I'm glad you took the time to view this. These little posers were very co-operative subjects.

Another thank you goes out to your generous comment on “Panorama II”, Steve. I am pleased to hear you have revelled in all that wintry beauty with the stately looking mountains and trees dressed in Mother Nature's best lace… I have to admit there is no other place where winter is so successful while creating amazing landscapes but in the mountains.
Thank you so much for your nice words about Danubius & Vindobona. I am also not such a big fan of B/W, but when the original colors disturp the image, it is better, to get ride of them. Smile.
Thank you also for your nice words about Shadow on the wall. One of my happy accidents is, that you once found into my galerie. So I get all those nice comments from you.

Wow, thanks a lot for your nice comment about Golden and for putting it into your favs. There are not many evening lights like that, but I will try to catch more of them ...
Hey Steve, my friend......your lovely words on ''feast of colors” overwhelms me with pride!... Small Tortoiseshell butterflies are pretty common in Poland. They are mainly orange and brown on the top with dark camouflaged underwings at the same time. There are patches of colour along the front edge of the forewing which are dark brown, pale yellow and white. There are also blue marks along the border of the other edges. Soon I’ll upload some other photo of this cheerful flutterfly. Stay tuned.
Thanks for the comment I am currently working on a picture that is taking about 3 days or so to render. It's going to hopefully look photo quality. Once it's done rendering I will add it to my collection.

G’day Steve. I enjoyed reading your comments about “Silent and Deadly” Thank you. I was particularly interested to hear that the Black Shouldered Kite is found in Spain, Portugal and North Africa. I was sure that they occurred in Europe somewhere. It would be a lucky Kite that dined on voles down here, because we don’t have any voles :-) Our Kites feed on mice, rats and lizards.
Thank you so much for your nice words about Town Hall. Since you always come a little bit later to my pics, I have the plessure to get nice comments about old images. Thats grrrrrreat! Smile.

Thanks a lot for your nice comment about Vienna Today (1). Yes, we have new parts of the city also, but they are away from the old center, so they do not destroy the image. I thought, since you seem to be interested in this, I give you a Link.
Thank you also for your kind words about Imperial Palace & Park. I know that sky problem. We had such a wonderful sunny day with a wonderful blue sky on Monday, but there I had only one hour, my lunch break, to take pics. Today I had enough time, but everything was grey in grey. Of course I do pics than, but I never post them.
Thanks a lot for your great comment about Fly me to the Moon. It is okay to be there on the tower, since you stand behind glass, but it goes up that fast, that your stomach stays on the floor. Smile.

Thanks a lot for your nice comment about A walk in the park. Such a sky together with snow is something, you do not find very often in a normal winter - in this winter it is impossible. So do not worry about that. Smile.

Dear Steve, it was so nice to hear from you on “in snow cover”. I am pleased to hear you found my image of interest. I am getting a bit tired of winter season at the moment – November weather and lack of sun make me feel depressed. Therefore your kind lines make my heart flutter and give me some hope for the sunny days to come.

Hi, Steve. Thanks for commenting on 'Black-naped Oriole'. This was taken in an Asian Garden addition to the Lowry Park Zoo I frequent. Their aviary is very dark and jungle like, but the garden area is more open and well lit. The sign posted nearby stated these are from India to the Philippines and common to Singapore.
Hey Steve, my friend......your lovely words on "Sierra de Almochon" overwhelms me with pride!... I was surprised and very glad to discover such a picturesque view after climbing in the midday heat. What a great opportunity to take a nice shot. You may feel dizzy though once you take one look down into the valley.
You really are very kind, spending time in my Gallery and leaving such nice observations and comments, to mention only back to summer capture, Steve. Can't wait to grab my camera and start chasing these agile and tiny Lycaenidae butterflies.... Oh, can't find my butterfly net, lol.
P.S. This little one was a Northern Brown Argus.
