Just popped through your gallery and stopped by to say that you have a knack for realizing your concepts and creating something that sparks imagination. Keep up the good work.
Hey! thanks for your comment on "The adventures of the red bow # 1" ! Please stop by again as I have recently added the explaination to this pic! I would love more input!
Thanks again!
Danita
The glare is what keeps glass from being a colorless gas that isn't detectable by cameras. I enhanced it using a program similar to the one you suggested I should take it out with. :-)
Even if I don't agree, thanks for the suggestions. I just need to work on being more open-minded... :-D
Thanks Jerry for taking the time to leave your comments and thoughts in regards to "The Angels that keep my Demons away...". I always appreciate it when someone actually leaves their thoughts, not just techinical comments...Both "Are" appreciated but I'm sure you know what I mean...Now for that fun photo...I don't know how much more fun I can do than this

I think it's funny but you take a extremely easy edit, that took maybe 30 minutes...But has a pretty girl on it and it ends up having more downloads in a couple of days than some of my stuff that's been up a month and took a couple of hundred hours to finish...But hey I'm a guy too...I understand. Take care and feel free to leave "fun" comments on that one if you wish. Dave
Thanks for comments, i used a D70 with a very modest sigma 70-200 f4-5.6 APO lens. It was 3 hours before i got this chance, and i took 3 photos before this one, but i was lucky. If you like winter pictures check out my newest galleries. Thanks for your comments!
the reason i have the back of the truck darker than the front is to enhance the shallow depth of field. you could probably try that with your photos. And it doesnt really tell a story because photojournalism is what i want to be my career one day, this picture was a project for school.
Hi Jerry from Indiana, this is beautiful! I think the low lighting dignifies the vase! Is this an antique? It sure does look like a lovely peice, and the colors are scrumptuous! Nice job, I have played with the flashlight as well, and had fun with it! Surprising the kind of light it provides! Thank you for stopping by my website, and finding it enjoyable! Would you please sign my book, I would love to know what you think of it!! Please visit again! Sincerely, Marilyn
Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink.
But if you must lie,
lie in the arms of the one you love.
If you must steal,
steal away from bad company.
If you must cheat, cheat death.
And if you must drink. . . .
drink in the moments
that take your breath away. . . . .
Thanks for the comment on Learning About Cats.. My mother made the dolls.. She makes soft sculpture dolls and stuffed animals.. Since she decided these were not for sale, I posed them in the chairs and took the picture.. The frame is there for family members.. I had not originally intended to post them, but had a request from one of the mods, who wanted to see them.. Mom and I both appreciate your interest....
Thank you Jerry for your nice remarks about "Radiant"! As far as planning - there really is no such thing in Tierazon (at least not for me!). It just evolves. Thanks again! Vicky
Hi Jerry...thanks so much for dropping by with your thoughts and nice comments on Seasons Greetings...very glad you enjoyed it and I appreciate your Merry Christmas...same to you also...it wasn't actually too cold the day of this image so now problem with fogging but a touch of snow in the air caused the odd fleck in the picture which I had to remove before uploading...thanks again...I appreciate your visit.:Pat.
Hi Jerry...thanks for the comments on "Thornythicket"...I never plan an image...in apophysis I try to start with an image that has promise then edit it to my liking...I am glad you like it :)
thanks Jerry for your comments on Bubble Bearings. I was just having a little fun with 3D Max7. I also sharpened it up with PS7. I was thinking about giving it a holiday theme, I think the next one I create will be a little more seasonal. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
Jason
Hey Jerry , thx for the kind comment on music , always appreciated.
btw , i like your gallary ; you have a good eye for the beautifull old and discarded.
Hi Jerry and thank you Sooooo much for your reply to BRRR. I laughed myself when I first opened this, because she didn't tell me it was a lawn ornament just that she thought I would like to have this on my desktop since we don't get much snow where I live. I decided to post since I enjoyed it and I'm glad you enjoyed it too. :)
Hi Jerry...I love all the knowledge you show about barns, cars, etc....soooo interesting! I thank you for the tons of comments you are making all around...I enjoy reading your input very much.
Hi Jerry....Thanks for taking the time to comment on my Jet Car image....of interest may be that the sister car to the one on my photo achieved 336mph in a quarter mile earlier this year which is the world record for a jet-powered dragster.
Thanks Jerry for your great comment on Give Me A Home Among The Gum Trees.. im very glad you enjoyed it... these lucky people will never lose their home or the trees.. =) can you imagine living in that now a days..
Thanks for your kind and encouraging words on Hearth and Home...it's cold here in Montana today, ice and snow, so I felt the need to create some warmth. By the way, I just downloaded your mischievous kitten photo -- makes a great desktop. :)
Hi Jerry, many thanks for stopping in to view "My very own Stamp! Yes, Jerry, you can order them from the 'net'! I ordered five sheets of this photo Brix sent me and they will arrive in 3 to 5 days! Just call the post offc and they will give you the sites to order from! A friend did this for me so I don't know what they are, or I would certainly share! Good luck, Jerry and please stop by again! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hey Jerry, Thanks for your comments on "Lavender Crystal". This image is just one flame. I ran a spiralize script and then used the editor to move the triangles around until I came up with this. As far as the colors go I just kept playing with different gradients and adjusting the hue until I was happy with it. Have fun!
Mucho gracias for checkin' out "Deck the Hall". This was taken on 'The Plaza' located in Kansas City, MO. You should check it out sometime when you come down from IN. It's a pretty place at Xmas time!!
Thanks for your thoughts. I'm new to photography and just kinda point 'n' shoot. I want to learn more and will continue to post pics so Please!!!....any input or advice would be welcome. :)
Hi Jerry, many thanks for viewing "With Love, my Dear"! I appreciate your comments and thoughts on all my images! I love your sense of humor!! Oh now, come on Jerry, you know you love my baskets, you just have to get use to them, I did! Smiling! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Jerry...sorry for the delay in responding to your comments on Beach Weather and Summer and Winter...my server was down for a day...now that I'm here, I do agree with you that the latter is a more unique and better picture...just another example of my hit and miss efforts but they weren't taken the same day or same time of day...as for swimming in those cold waters, it takes a much braver person than I, lol...btw, you are right in thinking Great Lakes, a beach on Lake Huron was the location...anyhow, glad they caught your attention and many thanks for dropping by.:Pat.
Thanks Jerry for your nice comment about my 'Foggy landscape' picture, but this pic was taken after sunset 2 pm, in bad daylight....short days here at northern Sweden these days / HJ.
Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate the advice. I would have never thought of polarized sunglasses! However, I did try to hike up the contrast on purpose. The photo was originally taken in color, and it was very bland and grey. I couldn't resist but add strong blacks and whites. Once again, thank you for the advice - I will certainly take you up on it. I'm glad I found a site where I can receive feedback such as yours =)
Hello Jerry! Thanks for your comment on «cardinal rouge»... I appreciated it... but no, the cardinal didn't sleep, it's just quiet... If you look near, we see the black eye open...
Thanks so much for the comment on Snow Storm.. I just couldn't resist going out in it.. I love the winter, but I hate shoveling snow, too.. I have this dog that doesn't like snow, so he stays inside where it's warm. There will be lots more snow pictures since that is all I have to take pictures of..
I noticed that the Christmas season has already started here in Caedes. I came to the conclusion that since the weather in Poland is terrible (no snow, lot of rain) I could concentrate on Christmas. Thank you for your long appreciative words on Christmas is coming. Glad you found my traditional poinsettia flower so appealing.
thank you for leaving a comment on "Graffiti Wall", much appreciated. There were so many highly artistical and professional graffitis there, I was really astonished. I will post some more the next days.
And once again a big "Thank You" for leaving a comment on "Graffiti Bridge". I'm sure these guys would love to come over and paint one of your tractors if you'd send them a ticket ;-)
Thanks for watching, I really appreciate your time and words, Jerry....
Thank you so much for taking your time to comment on No Ryme or Reason much appreciated however I did forget to put it in a higher resolution like 1600x1200... next time.
Thanks so much for the nice comment on It Won't Stop.. Glad you liked it.. It seems so snow like that for about an hour every day.. Luckily I enjoy the snow..
Hi Jerry, you are so funny, I love it! You ask me all those scientific questions and expect me to answer, I am not a botanist! Just teasing of course, your comments are always fun, and I thank you! Now, down to business, thank you for viewing "Elegance in Pink", and for your comments! I am with you, I would eat that also, if it were frosting on a cake! Have a wonderful Christmas Jerry! By the way, have you gotten use to those baskets yet? LOL! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hey What cheer to you Jerry, my friend....it's awhile since I heard from you!... as always, your kind comments are gratefully appreciated.....There 'Will' be more appearing in the near future, I have had a few days recuperating from a minor OP...but will hopefully be mobile again after the coming festivities....then "watch - out" countryside...Bob's out!!!!
Can I take this opportunity Jerry to wish you and your family all the very best of the seasons greetings! and very much hope you recieve everything you may wish for!......
Best Wishes....Bob
thank you so much for leaving a comment on "Inside Schloss Biebrich", much appreciated as always. I noticed that you noticed so many details in my image ;-) It seems as if you have watched my picture carefully. On that day this particular room was meant to be open for a gathering of children to make Christmas gifts together. The other tables were full of handicraft materials and there were a few kids at work when I took that photograph.
Thank you for your time, words and support, I really appreciate it.
Aaaaah Jerry lad!.....you dont know what I have caused...putting this picture on.....Those wonderful comments for 'Autumn Steps' have gone to her head!!!!....There is NO WAY I am giving up MY camera to her....'She Who Must Be Obeyed'....will just have to get her own!!.
thank you for watching my "Christmas Desktop" and leaving such a nice comment. I was really flattered when I read what you said about my photographic skills, thank you :-) Well Mrs. Moose is yet to be found, this poor little fellow is living single and joining me since years. Maybe we both find Mrs. Right during the next year.... Thank you once again for your nice words and your support over the last few month, it means a lot to me and I really appreciate it.
Thanks so much for the fine comment on Hannah & Sarah.. Making these dolls is Mom's passion.. Sne spends most of her time in her sewing room, working on one project or another.. Her next project is a horse.. These little girls were destined as Christmas presents for two Great Granddaughters, 5 and 8.. The horse will be for the Great Grandson, who is 9. Mom and I both appreciate your time and attention..
Hi Jerry! Oh my gosh! I didn't think hardly anyone would like "fractal palm tree". Thanks so very much for taking the time to look at and comment on it. You made my day with the nice things you said. Thank you!
Hi Jerry, how nice of you to stop by and leave those great words you always do! I am so glad you liked "Ivory Heart"!! You made me feel like a movie star, and I was about to win an oscar! About the food, is that what my images do to you? I think I will stop posting then! LOL! Hope you had a fun and safe time last night! Thanks Jerry, Sincerely, Marilyn
Hey there Jerry what cheer to you, long time no 'hear'....many thanks for your kind words to A Bridge to Nowhere....the shadow you mention was a B***** great tree behind me!, I had to have that there because it would have meant 'cloning' out my shadow in the snow in front of me!!!!......It was my very own! camera that I took this with, 'Cement Woman' has her own now, and I carry it in my bag when she is with me, when she gets the "urge" to do something with it !!....Stay well my friend.....Bob
Hi Jerry, and what a joy it is to see your face on my page so often!!!!! It is a sweet and happy face, and I love it! Your humor still remains a pleasant communicative skill of yours! I loved your analogy written under my "A New Year Rose"!! Very nicely thought out and fun to read! I am sure glad you love flowers, because wouldn't my gallery be a grim place to visit if one didn't, teasing! You know, I can't resist! Hope your holidays were fun and memorable! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hello Jerry. Thanks for stopping on my 'Paris by night' :-)
I took it with an old Hewlett-Packard 715, my first numeric cam. Very basic camera...
You said you are born in Geink. Did you mean Genk in Belgium?
Hi Jerry mate! nice to hear from you...obliged for your comments to 'Ethereal'...This was the first I used this..'Plug-In' you would not believe the number of times I 'swapped & changed' this image around...at the finish I said "Sod-It" and left as it is. once I get use to the workings of it, it should be a 'doddle'! to use.........Thanks pal,,,,,Bob
Hi Jerry, my oh my, if foods could be construed to be complimentary, by your standards, I would be a star indeed! You can sure make a fella hungary and I am glad I don't keep close company with you because I like to watch my weight! You could then be considered a deficit instead of the great guy I think you are! LOL! Many thanks Jerry for stopping in to view "A Pink Pearl"! This beautiful rose does have it's tale! It continued to flourish for about ten days, then lost it's luster and left us! Within a two day period, it was gone, but by then I had taken the shot! Very interesting indeed! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Jerry, many thanks for stopping in to view "A Rose with Friends"!! Boy, did I ever hit a soft spot of yours, mixing food and flowers!!!! LOL! I was trying hard to contrive something that winter doesn't supply us with beautiful NATURE! ( I was referring to photographic opportunities)! The tomatoes did look so fresh and pretty, I couldn't resist! Thanks again Jerry! Sincerely, Marilyn
Thanks a lot for your comment on "only nightmares take me in". I appreciate it. The black ledge or what ever was a lucky test. I tried to make it look like the viewer is looking down from that ledge. I also like multiple layers as you can see in my works and usually I use very different kinds of images to "spice" the whole work a bit and also to enhance different effects (like perspective in this pic.) Maybe my most important goal is to create a certain kind of feeling or atmosphere with the choise of colours etc. and a great view at the same time. Most I like the images that look awesome when you first time look at it and it keeps looking awesome for a long time. A good wallpaper is one one will get never bored to. ....and yes, I will do more manips.
Thank you for your visit to smile trigger. So glad you found this trip so enjoyable and left me some warm lines. I guess the warm and inviting look of the road can be owed to the vanilla cloud hanging above the place. So here is a recipe for a vanilla cloud, whenever you feel like having one:
Take one cloud out of freezer to soften. It should be easy to spread and not melted. Place a layer of the fresh and soft cloud on the bottom of a plate. Spread a layer of the vanilla cream on top. Repeat layers until cloud and vanilla cream are gone.
Put cake in freezer for at least 2 to 3 hours. Serve sprinkled with a few rainy drops...
Enjoy your vanilla cloud.
Hello Jerry, thanks a lot for your wonderful comment on "sparkling bue water" so glad u like it. come back anytime for other visit, u r more than welcome, Have a great day!!!
Hey Jerry my pal!..nice to hear from you...Obliged for your comments on 'Berries'
Like me..you may as well give your wife your camera....they are always saying they can do 'better' than us menfolk!...let them prove it. but then again, maybe not...we would never hear the last of it...It is the last thing I need a 'cocky ear bashing from the missus!'
Hi Jerry, how is my Indiana friend, many thanks to you for viewing "A Vintage Look"! Yes indeed, it surely is a change of pace and quite different from most of my images! It really feels strange to step out of that 'pink rose garden'! If I am not careful I may get lost and then what would I do? It was fun to do something out of character, but who knows, National Geograhic may call now, and I will have had some practice!!!!! Thanks again Jerry, Sincerely, Marilyn
Jerry, thank you so much for your comment on ~Caedes To Wear~. I wish I were better at photo manipulation. I hate that washed out part....I always get that on my bracelet photos. If you visited my website, you must have noticed. I do much better with landscapes. LOL.
If your daughter would really like to buy one, direct her to my website and have her drop me an e-mail.
Thanks again for your comment! Much appreciated!!
Hi Jerry. Thanks for your comments on my "Little Green Frog". So happy you liked it. I'm overwhelmed by how many responses I've gotten since this is my first day at Caedes. This site was recommended by Kim Komando in her "Cool Site of the Day" and WOW, this is the greatest website ever! I look forward to posting more photos and looking at everyone else's marvelous talents!
I love your "Just Add Water" photo. Very creative!
the car collector was a truly far out individual. he's 63 and i guess was some kind of a master mechanic. he has bought or put together a replica of the old jerome az mine. his collection of stuff including a working saw with a 64 inch blade. i didn't know if people would like the portrait or hate it. i'm glad you liked it and were nice enough to tell me. thanks! jen
Thank you so much Jerry for the nice reply to "My Best Friends". That is one of my favorite pictures I have in my home but I have several more in the same style. Glad it brought back memories of you and your daughter. I will post some more of these in the future. Thanks again!
Jerry, I am so glad you liked my ~Seductress~. I was pleased how it turned out, but most of the credit has to go to that beautiful model. I appreciate your comments, and will welcome you back anytime!!
Thank you Jerry for taking a liking to "Bowl of Hydrangeas".. I agree, I believe that is a very expensive bowl these flowers were placed in. I wish I owned it :) I guess the artist was making a statement by placing something so everyday into an antique. But both are beautiful don't you agree?. Thanks alot!
Hey there Jerry..great to hear from you...thanks for your input to Aerial Dice....This was aproject from one of my photo magazines, came with the cube templates. If I had to design one of these myself, I would be well and truly knackered, brain dead too...Landscapes are my main priority....but, I may 'sneak' one or two of these in now and again!....If I can think of different combinations...."any Offers!".......Bob
Thanks for your kind comments on my photo "Purple Clematis". I have more flower photos from Inverewe Gardens, but I need to crop out the date stamp, which I stupidly left on while photographing. Thanks, again.
Hi Jerry, nice to hear from you and many thanks for viewing "Tulips"! The 'Tulip Festival in Holland'? My oh my, I would have to make many improvements for that to take place! That would include becoming a star photographer over night! I just don't think I am ready, but thanks for the whim! You are funny and entertaining! Glad you liked "Tulips", and thanks again, Sincerely, Marilyn
Jerry- thank you for the comical review of "Fixer Upper". Put a smile on my face. I think this would be a lovely old farm house fixed up. If I do get it, everyone can come over for a BBQ. The yard is quite big. Thanks again Jerry!~ Eileen
Hey, thanks for the comments on "In My Place" as per your request and others encouragement I have done more images of this surreal nature check them out in my gallery and let me know wht you think.

Hi Jerry, and now you have donned a motorcycle helmet or cap? For heavens sakes, what it next? Seriously, Jerry, many thanks for viewing "Tangerine"! I always appreciate your thoughts, and comments, and especially the foods that come to your mind as you view my images!! LOL, LOL! Somehow they don't do that to me! I am very glad, otherwise I would be as big as a barn, as they say! Thanks for liking the image Jerry! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi friend, many thanks for viewing "Party Treat"! I might have known you would visit this one! All teasing aside, I am so glad you did! I think that beneath all that food conversation, you are telling me you like the image? You see, I can read between the lines and must with you! So I feel quite contented that it will pass any requirements put out there, don't you? So happy you stopped by, now get on with the race! LOL! Thanks Jerry! Sincerely, Marilyn
Thanks Jerry for the nice comments on Princess & Pauper!! You got it right as far as what to look at!! LOL I resubmittted without the date stamp now! Uploaded the wrong version of the pic.! Thanks again!
