Thanks Peej for commenting on Soup Kitchen. I think you were one of the cooks helping with the stew. If I ever need a hand out, I have a feeling you would be there.
Thanks so much for the really nice comments on Top Dog-Coon. It is totally appreciated. Appreciate your input on that one as well. Maybe I need to learn the stuffing technique.
Thanks so much PeeJ for the super words on Notso Wiley Coyote. It is really appreciated. You are one of the nice people on here that helped me learn how to do this. I am very appreciative. :)

The Number is One...Good or bad...One does not really need an IMAGE...to hide their true selves behind...It still comes thru in whom they are...by their ACTIONS! Thanks for visiting!
The Psychotic Diva...All I "sketched" (with the pen tool, mind you) ...was the woman and the logo (logo, sans the lettering - which was from a font - all sprang from an earlier concoction)...Other fonts, I also had...Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks Peej for nice comments on Ozark Oasis. I am glad you enjoyed the cool clear water. It would be a great place to sit on the bridge and discuss how you could help me improve my photos. We could have Stixx with us as well.
Thanks again Peej for the nice comments on Rocky Trout. I am glad I didn't have a lure on my hat. They might have drug me under the rock. I know I should say dragged but I am a hick. lol.
Have a good evening.
Thanks for the complement on
Macro Diffraction abstract . The nature of the glass and the motion of the bits inside did indeed make it a difficult shot. This is one of about 20 shots that did not turn out so well.
Thanks again for the complements PJ.

Thanks so much Peej for the help and nice comments on Hissy Fit. I double checked to make sure that title hadn't been used. Maybe the goose wanted to get down. lol
Thanks for the comment on Bell Rock PJ, my sister lives in Arizona and we took a road trip a few weeks ago to Sedona, like you it is one of my most favorite places on earth. I'm glad you like the shot.

Hi PJ. Thanks for the complements on HBG1 Map Turtle.
The ISO is the result of leaving the camera in Aperture priority mode and not paying attention. oops. :)
This camera produces very little noise even at this high ISO. But I did reduce noise with GRAYCstoration in the Gimp and added a tiny bit of Unsharp Mask before reducing it to 1680X1050.
Thanks again,
DP
"No Job Too Small"...I just felt compelled to make this tribute to those who are risking life and limb for the benefit of new discoveries and "pioneering spirits"...You know that "knowledge is always king" ...with me...Thanks for visiting...
Oh, and a great link too! It very much fits the scenario...
-We're not always clad in black...
-We ARE capable of being LOVED...and equally LOVING back!
-We don't HURT...nor USE people...
-We're not perpetually DEPRESSED (only when so-called two-faced "convention" tells us we're doing something that is NOT TO THEIR "STANDARDS"...Which we REALLY TEND TO HATE!)
-We help others whenever we can...
-We inspire people to shine at their BEST!...and make GOOD at what they've been handed in life...either good or adverse...
-We don't stud, or mutilate our bodies to the point of ridiculousness...
-We listen to whatever we enjoy in music...
-Most of us have love for art, and our non-conventional beliefs...and NOT mayhem...
-It's all on the INSIDE...
-And we HATE "wannabees"...they only strive to give us a bad name!
Artopilos Times - Automaker Troubles...Ahh... you can bike in the city too...They've got designated bike lanes...and with parking very scarse, AND at a premium price, biking is generally the more sensible thing TO do! Only difference is NO "shade-treeing"...Few trees in the concrete canyons, and You really DON'T want to leave even a locked bike by itself ANYWHERE for too long...Fortunitely...Transit allows for bikes these days, and even the workplace is kind of flexible about bringing a bike with you to the office...Many do these days, and now there's even special "bike corralls" WITHIN the office building where you CAN lock it up...and no one messes with it!
You CAN do it...It's just the getting used to a different "environment" that is half the battle...Thanks for visiting!
Thanks for your time and thoughtful comments on The Flower and the Pattern. It was rather a grab and snap shot. Being outdoors and a windy day, there was not much time for adjustments. Just take the shot and hope for the best..... :-)
Hi Pj! Thank you so much for your kind words on my first rose bloom of 2009 shot. The white satin idea came to me while reading a book that had some beautiful rose photos with the white background. It is actually harder to use than the black but I will keep after it to get better at it too.
Thanks PJ,Took a walk round a local lake yesterday..Suprised at the wildlife there as it used to be a garbage tip. These are Canadian goose Goslings..R.
Thanks for your comments on my Columbine photo post PJ! So glad you liked it. Also glad to hear they are protected there. I let these all go to seed so they will spread more and more. I would not mind if the entire area filled up with them.
PJ,
Thanks for stopping by Tern Lake 2 and for your kind comments! So glad you enjoyed it. Hope you & yours have a fabulous Memorial Day weekend! Cheers - Pam :)
Thanks so much Peej for the such nice comments on Hazy and Lazy. I am glad you have it on your desktop. Would that be your laptop or the other one? lol

Hello P.J.,
Thank you very much for your congratulations on the occasion that I've become 'Featured Artist' in November 2009.
Your nice words are higly appreciated by me.
Regards, Cornelius.
Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I could, I would give you an award. But alas, I cannot. So the highest praise I can award you with, is faving your artwork.
