Danger at 588 is stairway of an old building in downtown Macon, Ga. that has seen better days. The snake was from the Rattle Snake Rounup in Whigham, Ga. Together they make a creepy image. Thanks Michael for viewing this image and leaving a comment. It's good to hear from you again.

Thanx Michael for your good comment on my PigeonHoled photo. I loved seeing that birdie in that tower, and it just seemed to make more sense to capture him that way than in the whole tower where he would have not really been 'seen.' I always appreciate your input...thank you my friend..V
Hello Michael! I want to thank you for taking the time to view and comment on my Lower Falls image. I like the way the rocks weave left and right on the falls. The water flows behind the rocks on the left to another set of falls. This is along the Blueridge Pky in North Carolina. I wish it was closer to my neck of the woods.

Tranquil Creek was a small feeder creek that I came across back in the Fall. I'm glad that you enjoy it's beauty. See what my imagination has done to this image when it became a Murder at Photoshop Creek. Thanks Michael for the nice comments.

Thanx for your comment on the snow fence. I do not know why my photos were so unsharp back then when I used my Canon. I never realized it before until I began to post these older pictures. I think it's time I throw out all my old ones.I did remove both of my last postings, I felt they were certainly not good enough. That's why I gave the info that I did, so now I know the pics arent worth saving.... I appreciate your comment tho, Michael...thanx...Verena

Thank you, Michael for the kind comment on Colored Leaves. I was really impressed with the contrast of red and green. Something like a poinsettia, I guess.

Hello Michael! I'm glad that you liked Raggedy enough to post a comment. I was doing some still life images shooting through a black stocking and this was one of the byproducts.

Hi MIchael..I sure didn't know that Catalpa trees grow here. They were all over Louisiana.
I loved their scent too. I wonder if I could find one somewhere and plant it...I'll have to start searching..>V
Hoi Michael,
Thanks for you comment on my picture "A promise".
I had ordinary luck that I at the correct moment present was make the
photo. Generally we make a photo of a flower which is open.
But beauty exists in all phases of living. Thus to see you but.
Thanks for your appreciation of my photo.

Mr Michael, how are you doing? I know I am a little slow but none the less I would like to thank you so very much for your time to comment on Genuine! I most certainly am anxious to hear what you think when I post something.

Dear Micheal, please pardon my long delayed response in sending to you my most heartfelt thanks for being in my 'spotlight' audience! Having you there, was indeed an honor, as you are a special friend! You made my light shine brighter with your presence! Your sweet and endearing words were much appreciated! While, I believe, there many more deserving artists on Caedes that should receive this recognition, I will, however, except this honor graciously and with humility, and offer a humble thank you! Thanks once again Micheal, Sincerely, Marilyn
Photographers are artists, magicians. They capture beauty so that it will last forever, and they might change it, make it something it is not. Thanks to photoshop!
Thank you Michael. I really appreciate you taking the time to tell me what you thought about my Light and Glass image. I'm so glad you saw it the same as I did! I spend my time looking for the unusual in the usual. Sometimes it works and more often they don't. So thanks a million for your feedback. I can take the knocks in the VB, so long as I know some people get enjoyment out of it - as I do! Kate

Thanks a whole bunch for the nice comment you were so kind to leave on "Cernera mountains, Dolomite Alps", Michael. I would do almost everything to please my Caedes friends with some neat landscape... would even freeze my booties off, lol... Joking ;)
michael, i'm so glad you liked the tiger. the tiger is the best of the best of the animal world, to me. the trip was divine......i just wish the people would be fewer around the temples!
I'm delighted you enjoyed the agile and tiny northern brown argus, Michael - no treacle! These are not easy to shoot, but as long as you have much time to spare it is fun to chase them in meadows. I am glad you found it worth a visit. Stay tuned
Please excuse this generic message. I'm way behind in my responces due to some family issues. I want to thank you for your recent comments on images in my Gallery. I appreciate your support and cherish your oppinion. Looking forward to viewing your recent images.

Michael, Thks so much for commenting on "Early Country Morning". It's amazing how we go trekking far away to get the perfect picture and all along, it's almost right in our own backyard.
Thks for stopping by.

Thank you very much Michael - I am very happy you think so much of my Aquilegia Dance photo. Luck played a little part in this success, since the seedling decided to grow in an area of stone planters in my garden, so the background colour came courtesy of one of these! My Nikon D50's 55-200 lens is, I find, very good at macros - in good light anyway!
Thank you once again, I have been having a break from here because it was all getting a little horrid of late - and I found myself playing the Caedes game instead of my own. After a month away, I couldn't resist posting this one - for a little while anyway! Kate

Fabulous to hear from you again, Micheal. Big "THANK YOUS" for your generous words, I see you have found "snub-nosed fellow" worth a visit. So glad you liked the lighting of the wings and the unusual viewing angle. I thought it would be a little bit different to show this little fellow with its proboscis at work.

Michael, thank you so much for your kind message on The Light of Love. I am really pleased to know it spoke to you! Of course I would be remiss if I didn't credit my husband for helping me create it...he has a steady hand with the flashlight! :) Thanks again, Michael!

I have been using my first camera...the Olympus Comedia..the little camera I first used on Caedes...My SLR was being used by a good friend... who owns the shop I use for printing...after a week..he has determined that the camera is functioning very well..so I will pick it up today. My pictures have not been up to par...for quite awhile...I hope to change this...*smiling*...;o)

Thanks for your comments on "Tree and Falls". At the time I didn't have the option of really changing my aperture..... haha or much of anything else for that matter. That was the camera I had before my DSLR (not an SLR :) ). One of these days I might go back and try it again.

Hello Michael, it was a sweet surprise to see your comment on my Fiery Tulip photo. I appreciate your thoughts on that and wanted to say thank you. I hope you are doing well. Verena
I had many of your photos saved before, but I lost much of that when I had to get rid of my old puter and get a new one. I've always loved your photography. I tell everyone that I learned my framing skills from you. Thank you for your nice note. I do appreciate that a lot. Verena
Michael, what a lovely surprise to see several comments from you this morning when I turned on my puter. I am experimenting with my framing, venturing out some, and you are always on my mind when I do that, as I think you were always a master of knowing how to bring out the best in your photos thru a frame. Maybe one day my wish will come true, that you will again post some of your beautiful photos.
I respect your photography so much. Thank you again for the words you posted. It's always good to hear from you. Verena
