Hi Steve! Thanks ever so much for stopping by and commenting on "sunset boats." How do they get out to them? In small dinghys like the ones in the foreground of the picture, which they tether to the mooring floats while they go out in the bigger boats. Then when they return, the dinghys are waiting to take them home after a long day of sailing or yachting. :-)))

Hi Steve, I use a circular polariser sometimes and I know I was using it part of the time I was on the boat, but have no recollection for which shots! :)

Lol, Steve! I was using the word, 'rarefied', as in 'purified or refined' as a sarcastic aside about the abundance of super-wealth in the town of Chatham.... which is also a fishing port... and the two 'classes' do not comingle with eachother. The wealthy people can play golf there and at the same time look out onto Pleasant Bay and watch the fishermen go off to a very hard and dangerous job of hauling lobsters or fish, bound for their tables. Chatham is sometimes referred to as a "quaint little drinking village with a fishing problem"... sardonically speaking, of course... ;-))) But I do believe the guy you knew, from, it's spelled 'Worcester' and pronounced, 'Woostah,' played in all that snow!
