You are some what right and somewhat wrong that you have seen the scene in my frosted creek before. I don't have a shot from that place, but d_spin_9 lives in the same area and does have one (or more) from there.
Hello Pri.....Many thanks for taking the time to have a look at (FOOTHILLS) and for your comments, they are very much appreciated....Twenty minutes before I photographed the scene it was raining quite heavily...Thanks again...All the best....Mick.

Danger at 588 is stairway of an old building in downtown Macon, Ga. that has seen better days. The snake was from the Rattle Snake Rounup in Whigham, Ga. Together they make a creepy image. Thanks Priyantha for viewing this image and leaving a comment. Everything is real when viewed in it's own environment.

Hey Priyantha :D
Thankyou so much for stopping by my new self portrait - glad you liked it! *hugs*
Thanks also for commenting on *Adriel* - I really appreciate your lovely feedback :]
All the best,
Hello Priyantha. Thank you kindly for your comments about “Evening Stroll”. The break wall is always a pleasant place for an evening walk after a hot summer day.
Murder at Photoshop Creek is a manipulation of my Tranquil Creek image that I wasn't sure would be approved to post. I was playing around with layers and filters to create this image. Thanks Priyantha for posting a comment on this creation.

Hello Priyantha! I'm glad that you liked Raggedy enough to post a comment. I was doing some still life images shooting through a black stocking and this was one of the byproducts. Done with natural window light.

So nice you dropped by to get some rest under snow cover, Priyantha. I hope this winter related poem by James A. Kisner will please you as much as my image did…
“…The soft flakes feel like drops of ice when drifting on my face,
And everything feels fresh and clean as I walk through this place.
The trees are covered with a coat of freshly fallen snow,
Then some have icy branches that give off a crystal glow.
The only sound that I can hear is little wisps of wind,
But only for a moment then the air is still again.
My heart is overflowing with a feeling from within,
A gentle, soothing, calming feeling comes to me again…”
I’m glad you like my “Rufous Night Heron” Priyantha. The big surprise for me was seeing them locally. I thought they lived much further north in Queensland.

I'm delighted that you came by to see "Cernera mountains, Dolomite Alps", Priyantha. You certainly are one of my favourite supporters and I'm so happy you enjoyed the post despite the low c-index.
Hey Priyantha, my friend......your lovely words on "Sierra de Almochon" overwhelms me with pride!... I was surprised and very glad to discover such a picturesque view after climbing in the midday heat. What a great opportunity to take a nice shot. You may feel dizzy though once you take one look down into the valley.
Hello there Priyantha.......thank you for stopping by my image ~orchid water~ and leaving me such warm words. you are correct with the type of filter used. I am glad that you enjoyed it and thought it looked natural. I did too :) Your continued support of my work is deeply appreciated ;=)

I'm delighted you enjoyed the agile and tiny northern brown argus, Priyantha - no treacle! These are not easy to shoot, but as long as you have much time to spare it is fun to chase them in meadows. I am glad you found it worth a visit. Stay tuned

Hello Priyantha. Thank you for you kind comments about “Seedlings”. You are quite right about the water… it is cold. I had the camera on the tripod. As I squatted down behind it to compose the photo my feet gently slid away and there I was sitting in the water :-)

Hey Priyantha, my friend......your lovely and gracious words on my latest winter uploads overwhelm me with pride!... After “warm destination” and “winter farewell” there is no way winter is coming back! At least no sooner than in 7 months, lol. Thank you for your visit, and I hope you will be with me in spring time too. Stay tuned.
How nice of you to comfort our beauty in floods of tears, Priyantha. Your warm hearted lines brought us both so much pleasure. I am glad that orange and tangerine colors caught your attention (never mind the dull background). I was truly thrilled by your feedback, most people just left some short comments, but you went much deeper in your analysis! Stay tuned.

P.S. Haven't heard from you for a long time... Is everything OK?
Fabulous to hear from you again, Priyantha. Big "THANK YOUS" for your generous words, I see you have found "snub-nosed fellow" worth a visit. So glad you liked the lighting of the wings and the unusual viewing angle. I thought it would be a little bit different to show this little fellow with its proboscis at work.
Hope youe are fine, aren't you? Haven't heard from you for a long time.
Your great words of appraisal on "comma butterfly" brought me so much satisfaction. I was really flattered and truly appreciate you taking some time to leave me some nice words. Hope you will follow my never ending butterfly series. Till the next time.
Come on Priyantha, why don’t you pluck up the courage and join me for a ride down the Dunajec river … I can guarantee unforgettable experience and a little bit of thrilling adventure. So great to see you popped in with your kind words. A million thanks.

Thank you for your thoughtful comments about “The Romance of Light” Priyantha. They are very much appreciated. That was one of those evenings when I just sat and watched most of the time, it was too peaceful to be rushing around with the camera :-)
Hi Priyantha, many thanks for stopping by and leaving such warm words on ~look what the bird found~. It was a cold, damp day but it was fun meeting Gregg and being so close to our symbol of freedom! Liberty was beautiful as well as vocal ;=)

Hi there Priyantha..so good to see you back here again.....
thanks for chiming in on the rework I did with the group, ~dawn awakening~ it was a fun challenge....well sort of! I am far from a PhotoShop pro, so I tweaked and fiddled without a whole lot of background knowledge.
I think we can all learn something from this thread that Noah got going...it will be interesting to see where it goes!!
