I was just curious to what you thought. I have had to do a couple of survays for school the last little while, and one of the questions was what is the purpose of life. Everyone has a different answer.
Hi Raminta! I have to thank you for your honesty in your evaluation of "bubbles fractal". I'm sorry that you don't like it but what really matters is that the artist is expressing him/herself and enjoying the process. As for why people create "sh#*" like this....well...how long have you studied art? There are more than likely some very famous artist's things that you would not find to your liking. And that's ok. Please just realize that the world is made up of a lot of different opinions and likes/dislikes...as well as passions and desires. It would be most boring if we all liked the same thing. That's what makes this world so exciting....the diversity! I hope that you find things on this website that do appeal to you because that's what's it's all about. Find it, enjoy it, and if possible...share it. I hope that you will continue to explore your creativeness and never stop...even if someone else doesn't like it. Passion, exploring, creating......all are so very important...please please don't ever stop doing those things. I'm 52 years old, have worked very hard my whole life, raised 2 children, have been a great wife in the past, been on a volunteer fire department as assistant chief and Emergency Medical Technician, done waitressing, selling flowers on a street corner, tried selling vacuum cleaners (which I failed at miserably), waitressed, and have been a medical assistant. I am now unfortunately disabled. Instead of wallowing in self pity, I decided to learn new things. Such as: drawing, photography, fractals, poetry, amonst other things. It is all exciting to me.;....my disabilities have enabled me to explore things I would never have had the time to do if I were still working full time and all that. My point is.....Raminta, please go for all that life gives you, good and BAD and go for it. I wish the best for you and look forward to seeing the exciting creations you come up with in the future...whether I personally like them or not.
PS I would enjoy hearing back from you. One little more bit of advice....please consider stating things a little more diplomatically. Like: "I really don't like this" . And then tell me specifically why you don't like it and what you would do to improve it. I'm open for those kind of suggestions and appreciate them. You don't know this but I just lost my dad 2 weeks ago...still breaking my heart, plus my mom is in a nursing home due to a disabling stroke. I am a little sensitive right now due to immense grief. OK????? Please please just consider toning it down a little. Hard to take words like "this shit" when you are in a grieving process. Good thing I am 52 and have been in your position and seen as well as done a lot...right and wrong! I think I would probably like you a lot if I could ever meet you...maybe your life is not so happy? If so,,,I am truly sorry. Life is not easy and there is no fair. We just have to attempt to be as good as we can be,,,,and it's ok to do things right as well as do things wrong sometimes. That's what this life is all about;. I've done my share of both and probably will do lots more of both;. Maybe I can learn something from you???? I would enjoy that.
Peace.
Have read comments by Ladyhawk.very touching.......it would be good to hear an apology here from Raminta....really unkind to use profanity for dislike of another's work.........Philippe
Thank you Raminta for you kind comments on "Twilight Crossing ". I'm pleased you like it.
Light is that magical phenomenon that allows us to enjoy the sights of the physical world. That property grants me the ability to interpret and record the beauties of which are so vital to me: my physical environment. Each of us sees and interprets the world a little differently and I am happy to share my interpretive vision of it with you.

I am glad you have found the “November impressions III” worth a visit, Raminta. I believe the gentle suns rays passing through the trees and leaves made the photo so attractive and of course lover's holding hands as they walk down they sun-dappled empty path… I have only captured this magical moment. Stay tuned.
