Thank you Teresa for the nice words on 'The Flower'. The editing was a 50/50 job as you read. This pic was taken the day our 17th grandbaby was born. Enjoy your day!
And I accuse myself of not being firm enough with him. Ah well . . . the grass is always greener . . . I'm not sure how to do a clip. I can send a whole song. They have a website - http://debtcollector.com.au/
Thank you for the comment,I guessed it that it could be a welcome flower in this springtime, especially the color is very out of common. Here for the moment you can see thousands of tulips in our borders, but rarely that color. It was a pleasure to me posting it for you.
Hey, Teresa! Nice to hear from you again. Glad you liked "Pigeon holed": thanks for the great comment. Any chance of seeing more from you some time.....?
"What other reason could there be to get up in the morning except to set ourselves free."
If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Thanks for your kind comment on "Urchins revisited", Teresa. Sea urchins are covered with spines when they're alive, but beneath the spines are these colouful shells.....
Hi Teresa I’m glad you liked "Pools of Liquid Gold" sorry but no editing. That's the way it looked naturally. That is what I always try to make my images. My thinking is that it makes them more dramatic knowing that NATURE can and does give us that kind of beauty and all without PhotoShop. Hurray for Mother Nature.
Thank you Teresa for your generous comments on my Mesquite tree photo's... I agree about the power lines, that was the first one I took and I had just gotten the camera I am currently using (but not for long). I also didn't have any skill at that time with touching up photo's in photoshop so I couldn't really remove the lines, perhaps some day I'll get around to that original one and remove the lines and touch up anything I can. Thank you again for your comments and I'm glad you enjoy the photo :)
Teresa. I'm really glad you liked "Home Sweet Home". The bridge you see in the background spans the Columbia River and is over a mile long. When it was built it was the longest of its type in the world. I don't know if it still holds that record or not.
