Hey Raynie!
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment on Hair Elastics. I agree about the frame, but anything else I tried looked much worse than that did. I'm far from proficient in the framing area... Anyway, thanks so much for taking the time! I appreciate it so much!

G'day Raynie,
Glad you liked the funkiness of the Big Red Ripple. I thought it was fun, it was a complete mistake on my part, wasn't trying to create that effect but I liked it once I got it. :)
I really appreciated your comment at Sun Set 02. Thanks. I am using some clean up imageing software. But I am still learning. If you know of a tutorial, please let me know. Thanks again.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

G'day Raynie,
Thanks for the nice comments on the Yass Valley hills shot. Love your avatar too, I think Stitch is the coolest cartoon character ever, right up there with Daffy Duck and Bugs.

Thanks Raynie for commenting on my bad mannered squirrel picture “Rude” This was truly a lucky shot proving that even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile. No pun intended.
Yes Raynie, you are right, the focus is not very good,
but I have no hesitation to thank you verymuch
for nice words on "Spreading joy 7"
Very nice of you.
Thank you for your comment on my image Flying Bat! I wish it had been both brighter and sharper too, ...nosebleed at a night game wasn't very conducive to clear shots.

Raynie - Thank you for faving 'Denali'. Our trip to Alaska was amazing, seeing a great array of animals and topography, all on a scale so large that it is hard to fathom unless seeing it in person. This shot was taken with a telephoto lens from thirty miles away. Denali is nearly four miles high and about twelve miles across. Climbers note that the vertical climbing distance is actually more than that of Mount Everest, due to starting points being at different altitudes above sea level. Showing itself infrequently, we were very fortunate to have one of the few clear days to see this natural beauty. Thad
Hi, thankyou so much for leaving a comment on Forest of Dean - Column Intricacies. I guess i take for granted how lovely all our old buildings are in this country. The abbey was built in 1123 so is very old indeed but i live in a city that has a huge amount of history so i dont notice it. Thankyou for reminding me of what i have to be grateful for! Now i will feel like i have stepped back in time everyday :)
