Hi Ron, wellcome to my gallery and thanks for saw and commenting I am Watching You.
This pic was taken at 6 oclock in the afternoon, in the Summer and the bird was very friendly. I can put my hands on it when i took the pic.
Thanks for your comment on NYC II...I very much appreciate. The original photo was OK but nothing spectacular so I decided to dress it up a bit. Thanks again.

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Thank you Ron for your comments on "Leader of the Pack". I'm pleased you like it.
The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed.

Hi there Ron, thanks for your kind words in my profile, I appreciate it. Always good to see new members here, stick around and you will learn alot from the people here and maybe make a few friends. Looks like you have the beginnings of a good gallery there, I particularly liked "Northern View" (apart from those pesky powerlines of course!) Keep at it and by the time you are my age, you will be a master of the art!
Thanks Ron.
Esmoriz-Portugal, is a very good place to make sunsetpictures and....i only have to do my work ! ( eh,eh,eh)
I went to your gallery and i made the homework. ( eh,eh,eh )
I am not a master of anything, i only love making pics ( and i am not a professional....)
If you want, you can be better than me, just look around and catch it .
Ron, I'm honored with your comments on "Mom and the Little Ones" and be assured it's comments like yours that are exactly the reason that I joined Caedes. I love to share my images with people such as yourself. If I can be an insperation and stimulate someones creativity, well that's what it's all about.

Hi Ron, yom huledet sameah. As I know, you are the third Israeli member in Caedes. Toda raba for your remarks to my "Jerusalem Mountains View". I prefer this photo on the other shoots I took in this area (im yoter reka) because the combination of rocks and boles makes good depth of field and 3d feeling.

Hey Ron, thanks for your comments on my posting "can you hear it" ...nice to think the image reminded you of family. Part of the joy of sharing the pictures is the pictures themselves conjure.
Thank you Ron For the kind words on "Painted Hills Sunrise" They are appreciated.

Hi thanks for your nice comments for " Cute Possum " I can assure you it is an Australian Possum. The shot was taken in Umpherston Sink Hole, Mount Gambier Australia. The sink hole is full of them and they are a local attraction. Signs up stating this and explaining their habits.
Thank you Ron for your comments on "All Backed Up" and "Majestic".
Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if itstops moving, subsidize it. -- Ronald Reagan (1986)
Hey, you said that i responded to you and that you didn't understand it, but i can't remember where it was that i responded so i can't clarify. Let me know where it was and ill hopefully be able to clear it up.

i meant, take it from a larger distance (so the car is further away) and don't put it exactly in the middle, but on 75% horizontally/vertically... clear?

Hello Ron. Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Pussy Willow 5 image. This was taken in late afternoon with the sun shining on the back side. Behind it was the darknesss of a wooded area. I took this at iso 50, f11 at about 1/60 exposure with a fill flash using the cameras telephoto macro mode. I'm glad that you enjoyed viewing this image. It will be alright when the swelling goes back down. Those hormones are a bitch at your age.

Thanks for your coment on my mountian stream shot. It was a 1/20 sec exposure. A 4 second one would have had much softer water, and there is no way i would have been able to hold the camera still for that long as i was to far of a hike to carry my tripod with me. Thanks again for your support on a bunch of my shots.

Thanks for noticing 'Fox Squirrel in autumn'. I didn't think much of it when I captured this, but when I reviewed it and noticed how all the colors matched up, I was pretty pleased.

Interesting question. I always try to make colour, exposure, tone as close as I can to what I saw - sometimes a challenge as I am red/green colourblind. Only if I have a specific idea that I want to communicate do I change these - not very often, as usually what I want to communicate is what I saw.
Not sure how much it helps, but the important thing is what you have to say.
