i live in arizona and can say that waimea canyon often shows more color than the grand canyon. nowadays there is a blue haze at the canyon which lessens the color intensity. glad you like this. jen

My You looking at me photo was taken on a foot bridge crossing a dam on a lake in North Georgia. This Bold Jumping Spider was very agressive towards the camera when I moved close to take a photo. I was about 6 inches away from him and he didn't like it. Thanks Laura for the nice comments.

i know that this is an odd thing to do. i'm going to do a group thanks to all of you who had something nice to say about my lionfish photo i thought was very good but ended up getting a very low score. i was saving this one as something special and totally got my bubble popped. i'm sure i'll recover but just can't bring my self to talk about this pic over and over. please understand........jen
