Thanks for commenting on Desecration Rich. I had doubts about posting such a picture, but it has provoked some emotion from folks. And that is what I hoped to do. I wanted to know I was not the only one who cared. I found the quote because the flag made me think too. I know more about the flag and its care and disposal now than I ever did. I found the words to the Star Spangled Banner and read them all the way through for probably the first time. It maters. It all maters. It also made me think about the "State of the Union" and how this represents the lack of unity and order and civic responsibility in our current society. I think the next 50 years are going to be ugly.

Thanks for the complement on peekaboo Rich. I have wonderful timing. lol. The train was moving about 5 - 10 miles per hour. I spent many hours on the fine details of the sky replacement. I was learning at the time andI could do it much faster now.

Thanks for the honest criticism on Night Shift. I suspect you have good taste and that others will agree with your assessment. The B&W in the link is a good one. I posted those other versions in hopes that I would learn that much more from the feed back. Don't know why they did not all load for you. Works every time for me. But your only missing 2 more color variations and the one I posted minus the black on the left that fills it out to desktop size. Thanks again for the critique.

I don't know what got Poco so worked up but I will have to try and remember those words. I realized I had gone way out on the limb with Fall's Last Hurrah but I needed to set some parameters. Now I know. Thanks GBRx3.

If there is noise I don't see it. But maybe I need a new monitor. I cloned out some in the left corner but left a few. Guess I would have removed them all but I already had caught my limit with the clone tool.

Thanks for commenting and complementing Wormwood. Yes deliberately coarse and grungy. More about feeling than photography. It is roughly a one mp crop from a ten mp shot that was quite ugly and useless as it was. Color light and (de-noising for what it was worth lol) is 100% post work.
