Oh, I don't know that I can tell you about how to get waterfall-based jobs - I like to keep them for myself! Sorry, but I only have shots of this particular falls's with me in 'em (just for scale, I'm 6'2" - so it's not a bad fall's, but it's not huge either!).
Bruce, thanks for your comments on my Little Green Frog. I can see what you mean about that bright spot drawing attention away from the subject. I'll do a little cloning and see how it looks!
~Betty
Thanks for the feedback on my photo Lilac Lilly. I never really took much notice of those white spots till you pointed them out. But after taking your comments onboard and removing them the pic looks so much better. Thanks Nick
Hey Bruce, glad u liked my piece "Grubs." Im glad u found something else in it; its great to hear what others interpret them as - gives a greater perspective. thanks.
Hi Bruce, Thanks for the kind comment you left on "A Refreshing Drink". I really appreciate the support. I think I'll start uploading some of my other flower shots.
Bruce, Thanks for the nice comments you made after viewing "cascada". I just had the pleasure of visiting your images. I must admit that the waterspout shot was a little scary as I am in the Tampa Bay area. Les
Thanks Bruce for the kind comments on “pretty In Pastel” it was originally shot in portrait but was cropped in landscape for the purpose of using it as a background. As far as the size goes I don't know the size limit Caedes will allow. I know it won't except the size of the JPG's that come out of the camera. It says they are too large and recommends sizing them to 1600x1100
Hello Bruce. Thank you for your comments about “Cocky Dragon”. I’m glad you like it. I often frame them I little high so the taskbar doesn’t cover the image.
Thank you for comment on Thisle. I am glad you liked it .
I don't no if this is so, buth this wan is almost 2 meter high and the thisle is 20 centimetre.
Thanx for dropping by at " The Last Glow". Thanx so much for you r comment, it was interesting it made me really wanna change the name of it to " A New Form of Cells?"
Hi Bruce,
thank you for visiting my Quiet pond, I'm glad you like the photo. To answer your question, I took it past Sunday on the hike in Breakheart Res. In Saugus,Ma.
Thanks for a nice comment.
Hi Bruce,
Thanks for your suggestion about "Tulips" I completely agree. I'm not sure how I missed noticing that white thing. Guess I was so busy fooling around with the framing that I didn't really look at the picture as a whole. I'll be more careful next time.
JoAnn
Kia Ora Bruce, Your kind and encouraging words on ToeToe are much appreciated. I am pleased you like the picture and thank you for takling the time to comment :)
Bruce: Thanks so much for your comments on Birds of a Color. I didn't know that the youthful birds were not colorful. There were only adults in the area this day.
Hello Bruce, Thank you so much for commenting on my 'Art Deco Figurine' and yes - it's all my own work, done in graphite sticks ranging from B9 through to H. Bless you for trying the picture rescaled and I'm relieved to have you tell me if works fine in its current HxV axis. Very pleased you made time to feedback and again, many thanks. Kind regards.
Hello! Thank you very much for your comment and advice on "Michigan Beach"... I hadn't realized that the horizon was crooked, but I fixed it and I'm going to upload the new version soon... thanks again :)

Bruce: Thanks for your comment and the spelling correction on Pansy among the "Impatiens". Should have used the dictionary when my wife told me what the little flowers were.
Hello, Bruce. Thank you for your encouraging comment on "Announcing Spring". Caedes and the people who participate make me want to work to get better at this. Judy
Hello Bruce! Thank you for being my first commenter on "Little Port Sunset". It was taken only last weekend during a little vacation I took. I appreciate a lot your nice words and I'm really glad you liked my picture! Greetings from Greece,
Maria
Thanks for stopping by to check out my "Bugambilia," I was told by someone else on the website that the little white centers are actually the flowers and the red is the leaves. Interesting huh. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to leave me feedback. Oh, by the way, I noticed that there is acutally a couple ways to spell this flower. Any idea which one is the correct one?
Hi Bruce, thanks so much for your nice comments on "Squirrel on Alert". It is much appreciated. I also enjoyed looking through your gallery. Nice work!
Thanks for the comment on Yarra River... i am so glad someone noticed the strap hanging off the tree that people jump off, i didn't think anyone would notice! I didn't notice that the image needed rotating but i will have a good look and decide - I am normally very picky on horizons but don't really care normally if the horizon isn't visible. Thanks for the advice!
So very grateful for your kind and welcome comments to 'Take Me Please'..Bruce......Yeah, I know! just to take a bit more time to clean that background....The truth is..I just did'nt have time then!!! maybe some other time eh! ...Much appreciated........Owd Bob
** For the next few weeks, I will not be Commenting as much as I should, I Will be looking at ALL of your Picture posts...I apologise from the bottom of my heart for this...Things should be back to 'normal' after the holiday period**
Hi Bruce, you know, from your little photo above you look abit like Bruce Willis, lol...anyhow, here to thank you for your visit and nice comments on Green Day...it didn't seem as sharp to me as it should have been but otherwise I am happy you liked it and appreciate your favorable review.:Pat.
Hello Bruce, thanks for the comment on the Bering Hermit Crab. Actually it's a picture I took during a dive, at about 45ft depth. I was a bit lucky thought, because the crab did not retreat and visibility was good...
Hello Bruce. Tks for your comments on Impatiens, lol.
I guess everyone pronounces it wrong here in Canada, lol.
Tks for the lesson. My appologies to anyone who took my "FYI" in the wrong context!
JuneBug
Thanks for your comments on "Hairy Tentacles". Now that you point it out, you have a very good point about the white spot. I'll have to work on that with my novice photoshopping skills. Thanks again!
Thanks for your comment. I'm going to try rotating it, because now that you've mentioned it, it's really bugging me hah. Would it be allowed for me to delete my image and repost with the rotated one, since it's not really a large change?
Hi Bruce. Thanks for stopping by Pink/Purple thing :) I appreciate your input and will def have to take a photo to the local nursery and ask for a name ;)
Thanks for taking the time to see and comment on my Heart of a Palm photo. Those sago palms are beautiful and I hope your plants will recover from the infestation.
Hey Bruce, the snow was nowhere in sight (Big Lake Frieghter) this past memorial day when I was up there. I went there looking for cooler weather, as that is my preference, and got stuck with low nintys... Oh well, I did get this shot so all is well. Thanks for the comments... Steve
The Sinks was 3 bracketed exposures that were merged together in Photomatrix to give this blended tonal image. The initial tests of this software have given good results. Thanks Bruce for your nice comments and suggestions.

Living Waters is another test of merging 3 photos of different exposures into Photomatrix to enhance the tonal range. This software added vibrance to a bland image with good results. Thanks for your nice comments and suggestions Bruce. This is a test image from some bracketed images that may not be exactly lined up. Sorry for the slight blur.

Hey, thanks for the comment on "butterfly" I too like the black border for desktop icons, and the things that i upload are the things that i use. So i guess different people have different tastes as you said.
Thank you Bruce, glad you liked " close enough " I have a 55 x 200mm lens and a Nikon D-50, I just sit 5 feet away, and have a branch right next to the feeder, they just land there and pose for me.
Hey there Bruce :)
Thanks for checking out "Red Night"; the first commentors are always my favorites! To answer your question, Mt. Adams is in Washington, in the US. Thanks for reminding me about that- I put the location in my description shortly after.

Thanks you very much Bruce for the comments on "The Chamber". I am pleased that you find it appealing, especially because you're not a fan of computer art. you comments inspire me. Thanks again:o}...Kat
Hi, sailorman6309. Here in Spain when someone says 'welcome' to you you are supposed to answer 'wellfound' :-) ('bienhallado'). So welfound - or whatever the word in English - to you and everyone here at Caedes.
Thanks so much for your so kind comments and for letting me know someone is sharing this with me. And especially after having taken a look at the precious images you have uploaded. Thanks for sharing them, too.
Hi Bruce, thanks for checking out my Surprise
She really did look a little stund by the flash but a few seconds after I took the shot
she was down to the other tree in my yard and going for the feeder in that tree.
Appreciate your comments, Don
Hey Bruce, thank you very much for your positive comment on "Angel in the sky" That will be the last hummer picture until next spring, I am so glad you enjoyed them all. It really means alot to hear your feedback
Thanks for commenting on 'Gotta Find a Woman'. I've been trying occasionally to capture this all summer. They either move away or the sun makes a silhouette. He sat nice and quiet while I was about 6 inches away in macro mode.
bruce, i was going to straighten bob out on the gull thing but went to football games instead. pelicans are such cool birds. i'll be posting more really soon. thanks for commenting on dawn patrol. here's the funny thing.....i uploaded the wrong picture. jen

Hi Bruce. Thanks for coming by to see "I get a peaceful easy feeling...". I appreciate your input very much and will try your good suggestion. Glad you liked the post and thanks for taking the time to view and comment. Anita
I'm way behind so forgive me for not commening on your individual posts but know that I've looked at all of them since I left. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
Thank you for your comment on "Heavenly Songbird" I should have explained that the long description is from the song "Hummingbird" by Seals and Croft. Glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks Bruce for viewing and commenting on both "Flowery Vase and Flowery Vase 2". I'm glad you liked my changes. I'm just an inexperienced artist with no training so I probably will make many mistakes. I just like to paint none the less. This site gives me a vent for expression and that is nice.
Thanks for the comments on 'King of the Mountain' very much appreciated. You are right about the cloning out...I should have but I put the pic up in a hurry and didn't notice till you brought my attention to it.

Hi Bruce...thanks for your time on "Merry Christmas". Jacob is 9 months old and "loves" to have his picture taken...he is my baby as I had to have Buddy put down in March...as in cuddlebuddy.
Bruce, Thank you for your nice comment on “Flamenco in the Air”. The idea of aligning the guitar with the blinds came very easily, first because of the effect on the composition, as you said, second- nice light, and third, because that’s where my husband sits on a small chair and plays his songs.
